I have just retired after spending 26 years on the Internet as an entrepreneur creating, developing, and managing a handful of website that were quite successful. During those 26 years, I had only two other hosting services which were overloaded by the traffic and continuous ddos attacks we were receiving some time ago. We switched to Hyve in 2014 and they proved to be an outstanding service.

Their technical support team is responsive 24/7, knowledgeable and professional. They are able to cater for any sized website, due to their scalable infrastructure that they have in place.

I would have stuck with them, but I sold my websites and have officially retired. Hyve are highly recommendable in my opinion. :)

Very fast turn around and great prices, the lady Lauren who I was dealing with couldn’t have done more for me and was all round great to deal with. Very pleased.

What can I say, our experience with Hyve right from the start has been nothing short of outstanding. We were looking for a new hosting provide due to numerous outages with our current provider and the guys at Hyve were empathetic and did everything they could to get us up and running in a few days. We recently completed a full migration to a private cloud with Hyve. The team at Hyve meticulously carried out every step of the process, from rigorously planning the migration to ensure that the transition to Hyve was seamless.

Their support throughout has been truly exceptional. Whenever we've had a question or encountered an issue, their support team has been there. I want to thank Freddie Gander and Tom Andrews, who were instrumental. Their hard work throughout the onboarding and migration further endorsed that we made the right decision to move to Hyve - it's clear that Hyve values its customers and goes above and beyond to provide the support they need.

With Hyve as our partner, we're confident that we have the full support and scalability to assist us in moving forward with our future growth.

We had 12 days in which we needed to move our entire virtual network from the existing solution to Hyve. They worked day and night with us to ensure that not only did we complete the entire process but we did it in less than a week. They guys are absolutely fantastic and incredibly easy to work with!

We migrated one of our customer facing servers to Hyve. The migration was extremely well managed, the tech team were very attentive, helping us through each stage of the migration. The migration went seemlessly and we experienced very little downtime. Very happy with Hyve, 5 Star service.

We moved our entire solution from another host to a multi-server set up and along with help with migration, I think we certainly made the right choice. The servers are great but the customer service and support is absolutely top tier level. multiple issues including a few strange ones all fixed by some very competent engineers. If you want a decent cloud hosting solution and decent support, you certainly could do much worse than these guys.

Hyve's managed hosting service is exceptional: stable, fast and reliable. In the 5+ years we have used their services, I haven't known our server to be down once (apart from during planned outages for patching, etc.) Support tickets raised through the online portal are replied to promptly and any changes requested completed fully. I wouldn't go anywhere else for a managed hosting service. Fact.

Unwaveringly excellent support and a super stable platform. Josh has also been a super helpful and supportive account manager. Can't ask for more!

Compared them to AWS, Azure and Rackspace and they were able to create a bespoke customized solution at a much lower price point without the need to hire additional engineers and staff to setup the infrastructure. used top tier hardware and data centers and had instant failover to two tier one providers. On top of all of that they let us bring our own ip's at no charge and configured routing and dns for us. . extremely happy with the service and responsiveness of this company.

We have used Hyve's services for the last 2 years and I can honestly say that it has been a pleasure to work with them and I have no qualms with recommending them to anyone looking for a quality hosting service.
Any time that we have had cause to contact the support team (which is rare) we have been given swift, accurate and professional responses and, where required, assistance with getting to a resolution in good time.

Edmand in particular has been a very reliable resource, even when the question isn't related to something that Hyve can help with directly.
