Parts arrived in a timely manner and fit perfect 🤩

As we found this unknown to us weird fuse thing that is by the battery that keeps the whole car going. Our 03 Hyundai is doing fabulous now. Shipping came as stated. Part works fabulously. Thank you.

I ordered a USB port for my Hyundai Ioniq 5 from HyundaiPartsDeal.com. The part arrived, and I quickly realized I needed a different one. The item was unused, in original condition, still sealed in the plastic bag, and it was only about $40.

Despite that, I’ve been unable to return it. I called five times and every time I was told my return request was “under consideration.” That was six weeks ago. No decision. No clear explanation. No follow-up. Just delay after delay.

If you’re considering ordering here, understand this: if you order the wrong part, you may be stuck even if it’s unopened and resellable. A basic return process should not take over a month with no resolution. Very disappointing, and I won’t be ordering from them again.

I ordered several parts that came in a crate. One of the three parts was on the wrong side of the car trim. I reordered and sent the part back in original condition with all wrapping from factory in tact. They did not refund me saying I didn't send it back in original packaging which was a giant crate.

The part was never used; it was the wrong color. The bag was opened in the prepackaged area to take photos of the condition of the part. This is horrible customer service when the part was never used. I will never order from this place again. They never contacted me until I called three weeks later and asked what was going on. They were rude!!!

The solenoid came on time and was put in . Worked well for about 4 weeks and then quit working. So we're back to where we started.
