I purchased a Hyro lab posture belt. In all other purchases that I have made in the last three years, I am an XL. So that’s what I ordered. It didn’t fit it couldn’t even go around my waist. I wrote the company after several emails back-and-forth they claim that I was delivered the size that I ordered and they’re not going to refund my money or exchange the item.
THIS IS RIDICULOUS!!!
The sizing is incorrect! They will not refund my money. They will not send me a new size. They will not do anything!

STAY AWAY FROM THIS THE COMPANY !!!!!!

They are corrupt.

Less than one star. This company sent a product that has Velcro pieces to keep it together. No instructions in English. Multiple email communications with Support with a response that I got what I ordered with no attempt to resolve. The product does not look like the photo on the website. HyroLabs ProStretch has no manual pump as stated. I would never recommend this company to anyone. Product was received nearly 30 days after placing the order. Just long enough….

The product is extremely poor construction and when i emailed to have refunded, they said they wouldn't. Even with a pic of the tear on one wear on seam. DO NOT PURCHASE

I honestly regreted my purchase with this company Hyrolabs. Its a lesson learned. Always check for reviews first. I have ordered and paid it back in June 2024 and up until now it is still a battle to receive the package.
They said they are sending a replacement but who knows how much "forever" it could take as all they said is they will provide an updated once available. So i will just assume "NEVER"! (But i will still hope they prove me wrong)☹️.
DO NOT order from Hyrolabs and dont take your chances. I find it a mere SCAM/Fraud as you will get tired of dealing with them after so many correspondence about the order. PLEASE learn from all of us who dealt with this company and who isnt even happy to give 1 as a score. NEVER AGAIN with Hyrolabs!!!!

Like others, I received the back brace and it is way to small. I asked my son who wears a men's medium to try on the XL that I bought and he could not get it in on either. Total scam. When I tried to get a return authorization, I got the too bad, you got what you ordered. Never mind that it would barley fit a child.

I have emailed this company since receiving product that’s too small, with literally NO response. I’ve sent 3 emails and nothing. I wish I would have googled them before purchasing anything!! These reviews say it ALL!! If I could give no stars I would.

I wear a size 2x every day and your product is NOT a size 2x. It is way too small. I also did my research on several trusted review sites and that is the number 1 complaint about this product. Out of 40 reviews, 38 of them are about how small the product is and how it is not true to size. So they were aware of the sizing problem before they sent the product to me. But they still chose to advertise inaccurate sizing and then refuse to refund to customers for fraudulently selling them the inaccurately sized item. So they are well aware that they are shipping out the wrong size and just really don't seem to care that they are cheating customers out of their money for a product that they can not use. Again, they know that there is a sizing issue and still continue to send out their product without notifying the customer that their sizes run smaller than normal.

I was just contacted by Hyrolabs who admit that they understand that there are some issues with sizing and still refused to allow me to return and get a refund. Then they sent me a second email stating that they couldn't do the refund because I got the item on sale and they don't refund sale items. I am so disturbed by this. They are aware because of the many complaints about sizing and still they chose not to notify the customer when they are making a purchase that their sizing runs small. So they are choosing to cheat the customer. Again, I am so disturbed by this.

The product I received was not the same from the ad. Tried to get a refund, and was told that it didn’t qualify. And then they stopped answering.

doesn't even deserve 1 star... I agree with the other bad reviews - way too small... I think their customer service replies are from computers - it's a money making scam that DOES NOT WORK. I'm going back and forth with their "customer service" rep. Jeff trying to return what I bought and get my $$ back. their "satisfaction guaranteed" promise is a lie. this is a genuine experience - still stressed out by it

Everything everyone has said so far is true. I ordered and XL and received an L, which wouldn't even fit a large child. Emailed them and it bounced back. I wish I had done further research into this scam. Too bad they're still allowed to advertise on social media. A one-star review is too good for them. ZERO stars!

I ordered this posture fix for 42.33 and it does not fit, I am a70 year old man and wear a size xxl, so I ordered an xxl, thinking that this would fit, wrong! it is equivalent to a 5-foot woman weighing 120 lbs. very poor customer service, I requested a full refund 3 times, I finally received a message that they will not honor a refund, due to sending me the correct size! horrible, customer service!!
I agree with all of the other people responding about this Scam artists. I am also reporting them to Pintrist and BBB

I wish I had seen Trustpilot reviews before ordering but my husband had seen the posturefix and thought it would help his back.
So - I ordered the XXL size which took several weeks to arrive from China. When it did, he tried it on and the XXL was many sizes too small. He wears large to xtra large shirts but the XXL posture fix wouldn't fit. I'm a womens size 10 and it barely fit me.
I sent an email (actually 2 times within 5 days of receiving. The response just (now) came back and they said "we regret to inform you that we are unable to accept the return. Our records confirm that we shipped the correct size as per your order."
They apologized for any inconvenience this may have caused. With this company - not fitting is not a reason for return.
If you are a large with a 'tummy' do not order this product as it will not fit. You will not be able to return it as per their 30 day guarantee and out the $40.00+ dollars for product and shipping.
This is the first sad product review that I have written. I have an ecommerce business as well and we honor when the customer is not happy or the product doesn't work for them.

BUYER BEWARE: I purchased the back brace and it was too small (child size). I requested a return and another size. After 8 emails and 2 pictures (why?) I am left with a company that will not provide me: (1) a return label and (2) any further communication (ghosting).

Unfortunately it is a huge SCAM. Im usually good at recognizing real from fake, but they got me this time. I should have known when I could not view the reviews (that weren’t the 5-star ones provided for you). Clearly they don’t LET you review the products On the website.

I did in-fact receive my orders yesterday (from beginning of August) - Today is August 21st. But the products were not what was advertised. It was a completely different product all together. And the package looked like someone crammed the product into the smallest plastic bag that would fit it. I clearly couldn’t believe it was the product in the first place, since I ordered the huge orthopedic pillow… and the package fit in my hands. The outside package looked suspicious at the least. Didn’t even know what it was until I opened it. It was not sent from the company of “hyrolabs” - which is what probably saves them in some sort of legal loophole. Nonetheless I knew it was them from the product sent.

I read the other reviews on here about trying to get refunds with no responses or them asking you to send the product back for the refund. But at this point I’m not sending the product that they gave me, Back to them, on my own dime, just to Not receive a refund for it. (Because ironically - even with the 30 day guarantee - the item cant be opened or used, must be in its original packaging, and can’t have been a sale item.) None of that would have been possible and/or makes sense with the 30day guarantee… so just Dont Buy Their Scam.

I will contact them nonetheless about their services. And spread the word that they are not a real company selling the products advertised.

Everything others have said in their reviews are true, from fit to customer service. They kept playing this game where they asked for the order number in every single email even though it was in the email chain already. They then wanted pictures of the product. Sent pictures literally more than a dozen times. Days and days between emails, or sometimes they were just radio silent until I contacted them again.

Then this morning they denied the claim stating that by purchasing, I had agreed to their refund policy which allegedly states that only damaged products may be returned. That is not actually what the return policy on the website is.

I will be reporting to state and federal authorities.

This place is a rip off do not order from them. I ordered some thing July 24 still have not yet received it. There has been no movement with tracking for five days. I keep emailing them which is the only way to contact them and they never answer my problems, all I want is a refund they will not do that. Do not buy for these people. It is a scam.

Horrible scam company. Over 2 months since I ordered. No product received. Sent emails. They're reply is automated. Wish I could give 0 stars.
