Filled with useful features, reasonably priced and helpful staff. We are able to hire people on demand for sales or promo jobs during events. Staff have an ability to share their availability and scheduling is very easy. everything like checkin and checkout is automated.

With all things new, there will always be a learning curve. The free trial definitely helped me ease into fully using the platform as it gave me the means to learn the system at no extra cost. I have now onboarded my full staff onto the system and its user-friendly interface makes it easier for our team to coordinate shifts. Definitely worth switching over from traditional pen-and-paper or Excel.

I really enjoyed the calendar view - it had a simple drag and drop feature that gave you a "make it and forget it" feeling for weekly scheduling. It's so automated and useful.
