I do not recommend using Hyra
I do not recommend using Hyra. I worked for another company and was banned from Hyra without notice and was told I cannot appeal even after I left the company. I use Hyra daily and was fired from two of my groups as I can't use the program.

We suspended your account in line with our Terms of Service. When you signed up to our site, you hereby agreed to follow the terms we set. As you did not follow these, we suspended your account due to failure to abide by them.
The option to appeal is always provided, and this can be done by contacting us, the instructions are provided within your ban case.

Hyra is amazing, it really makes logging and staff interaction so much easier and honestly is very easy to use once you know the website.

Hyra's support team is quite amazing. They know exactly what to do on the spot, and no matter how many questions you have, they have an answer to it. Now I am not an expert, but they really know how to do their job!!

Excellent company
Without Hyra I wouldn't know what to do with my group. Hyra makes it very easy to manage my group with tons of neat features included. And the best part, it's FREE!
