Total crap. Billed twice = $90 for 2 months it's a scam. The content isn't even good - it's literally just a money maker and not specific for my needs. Not an app, just a buggy website and they love to charge you a ridiculous amount for garbage.

TOTAL SCAM. THEY DONT RESPOND TO MESSAGES. WITHDRAWN $600 FROM MY ACCOUNT WITH MY AUTHORISATION. JUST ON THE PHONE TO THE BANK TO BLOCK THIS MERCHANT... SCAM SCAM SCAM. HORRIBLE PEOPLE.

Signed up for. 2-month discounted trial, and at the end of the 2 months they billed me for £41,25 without my permission. No reminder, No asking if I wished to continue. Un ethical business practises.

It is a ultra relaxing enviroment to retune and rediscover myself an hour just for me!

AVOID - IT IS HARD TO UNSUBSCRIBE AND YOU WILL GET STUCK HERE! Horrible business. It is not an app. It's a webpage with a bunch of audio recordings.

Questionable at best - false advertising on their page as well. it’s not an app at all, you can’t download any audios and you require a good wifi connection. I ran into problems and requested a refund and they refused. they aren’t endorsed or reviewed by the institutions they highlight - it’s just a marketing technique- the first 2 audios were fine and then it became clear it’s a program designed to serve a subscription model (ie money) - waste of time and money - they don’t even link the reviews they post on their webpage back to a source so another red flag. There are better hypnosis programs and actual apps out there - use them and avoid this unethical site. It’s also worth noting that all the good reviews in this site are by people who were invited to post a review. I will be reporting them to the BBB as well - just a horrible experience.

It wasn't useful. Plus, I emailed and canceled. They continued to charge me for an entire year. I just found out and am trying to dispute charges.

I signed up almost a week ago and never received an emails. I emailed customer service three days ago and have never heard back. Disappointed, to say the least. Will be canceling!

I've always known my stuggle with food is not really about the food and no amount of therapy/journaling/elimination has really helped. I've been using the program for two weeks now and feel a difference in my attitude. Towards the end of the first week, I felt more positive about my life. I started to care more about my appearance and began dressing nicer and grooming my hair even if to simply go out for errands. I also feel less anxious around decisions about food, like what to eat or whether I can have a treat later, rather than this instant, or else! The desire to care for myself is kinda subtle, unlike a strong craving for something. I just "feel I want to feel better" and so I simply do. I listen after a yoga practice so my body is very relaxed. I find the instructor's voice soothing and her speech is not too slow or fast.

The charge to my card was not what was advertised and there is no way to access the courses easily

TOTAL FRAUD - you join and you get absolutely NOTHING! They send you a link with your receipt, that is it. Then you ask for help and you get an automatic reply. I asked for a refund and if I don't get it, I am bringing my complaint to Amex and the Better Business Bureau - SCAM

I am still not 100% pleased with this service, however after a bad review and reporting them to my credit card they did eventually refund all the charges.

I have been practicing the Hypno Health meditations nearly every day for the past 9 days. Even though the meditations don't specifically talk about sugar and carbs, I have lost my obsession with them. It just went away. The daily affirmations are wonderful, to open my mind to positivity, strength and confidence. I hope others will find the good in their experience as well.

My greatest challenge, weight loss-wise, is consistency. Having Hypno Health allows me to maintain consistency by returning to the program and factoring it into my daily meditation practice.

This program is easy to use. I'm enjoying the daily hypnosis tracks that focus on both health and wellness and happiness/motivation.

Great program to lose weight. Just a 15 min recording to listen 3 to 5 times a week.
