I have been playing on Hypixel for a REALLY long and it is AWESOME. The only complaints i have is that i am level 25 bedwars and i have fought someone level 186. And the lag is only another thing to add to my crappy WiFi. But otherwise Hypixel is AWESOME!

This has to be one of the worst support experiences I’ve ever had.

I contacted support with a clear and simple request, explained everything in detail, and instead of actually reading my message, I received nothing but generic copy-paste replies that had nothing to do with what I asked.

I followed up again, clarified everything even further, and made it very clear that I was NOT requesting an appeal. Still, I got the exact same useless response — clearly automated or not properly reviewed.

After that? Complete silence. No reply for almost two weeks.

At this point, calling this “support” is honestly a joke. There is no real assistance, no proper communication, and no effort to actually help users.

What makes it even worse is that this is a company making a huge amount of money, yet apparently too cheap or too greedy to invest in proper customer support. Instead, users are left dealing with bots and ignored requests.

If you ever need actual help, don’t expect to get it here.

Wont ban n**i skins, people saying g*s the j**s, players laughing at the kids being slaughtered in the war in Iran because these losers are mvp++ playing hypixel money yet they WILL mute you for saying "nice hacks" for 80 days. Tak zlagowanego i pełnego błędów serwerów nie widziałem. Już nie mówiąc o tym że fireballe na bedwars to loteria jaki odrzut mają, to przed chwilą napotkałem kolosalny błąd wpływający na całą rozgrywkę. Mianowice niszczę obsydian którym mieli zabudowane łóżko przeciwnicy, zniszczyłem ten obsydian i tak jakby zrespił się na nowo. No to już jest błąd niedopuszczalny wręcz. Najgorszy serwer pod względem błędów i lagow.

sometimes you might be teamed up with sweats in bedwars and sometimes hacker now hypixel dosent feel like hypixel bedwars anymore i oppeko request hypixel to again fix it modraters please i request

More hackers than EVER, even though the "prediction" anticheat JUST UPDATED. Another thing is after 5 stars in Bedwars, it queues you with players that have 3000 STARS... its just shitty yk?
There also is not a server for EU and AS, so high ping ig?

HyPixel But Block My Account After I Buy Minecraft In 3 Times And I Was Waiting My Appeal To Get Notice But This After 2 Month The Staff Not Reading My Pushiment Appeal Now This Is So Bad I Hope This Server Will Be Take Down From Developer Minecraft

This sever is great so many minigames not much lag hit fair play as far not much hacker i can ban hackers! so much nice sever

Extremer hs Server. Ohne Grund dauerhaft disconeced. Richtig geil mitten im Bedwars Kampf und du verlierst dein Bett, weil Server nur in Amerika richtig lustig und die MVP++ und MVP + können leider jeden anderen jederzeit Rank disconecten vom Game das macht richtig Spass!

all the bad things i experienced on hypixel is the matchmacking and the lag so its not THAT bad right

Staff is arrogant, and not even looking at a appeal.. I got banned because of their laggy servers i was glitching around when i got kicked out to main menu. seconds later when i was tryna join again i was given ban for no reason. It fells like they don't even read the appeal i sent them.. or just don't care, i even had rank

banned for saying a ddos not even intended to haras someone, its grinding not much fun just first 50-60 hrs, then you are stuck in a loop

great server I would say that its perfect non lag make high ping players like me have almost non lag although sometimes it does lag the server itself in every single game that this swerver has is perfect even though I dont play many games the server is saved maqny people said that it wouldnt be saved but it is saved great antichet the only flaw is just all the repoprts always arent revied

Hypixel is great, they have many mini games to choose from. Sometimes you may experience lag but if you say you die because of lag you just suck. THE Lag is hardly noticeable. Bedwars, skywars, and skyblock are all amazing gamemodes they have. Also how tf is the ratings so low on here?

Questo server non dovrebbe esistere. È pieno di persone senza vita sociale che usano i cheat (automira, colpire/distruggere attraverso i blocchi, colpire senza guardare, volare, knocback fuori dal normale, etc... potrei elencarne fino a domani) per vincere perchè non sanno giocare, e quindi a chi vuole giocare per rilassarsi non puó, perché c'é questa gente inutile che ti rovina la vita.
Non ci giocheró mai piú (esperienza sulle bedwars). Sconsigliatissimo.

In aggiunta i moderatori non fanno nemmeno il loro lavoro, dato che bannano/mutano persone a caso e non la gente che usa i cheat o vola in partita (e pensare che sono anche pagati!).
