Rude customer service
I never write reviews, this is literally my first, but HyperX has the WORST support I have ever seen. I received a defective pair of headphones and I first attempted troubleshooting with an agent who was incredibly rude to me and acted like I was stupid for not understanding everything. I then spoke to another agent about returning, and it was a whole battle just for them to give me a label. And then another agent told me that I couldn't return through them since I purchased on TikTok even though the previous agent gave me a label, so I tried speaking to one more agent just to confirm if I could or not since I was told two different things, and they were ALSO incredibly rude about it and made a comment on how I'm "in and out" of their chats... like yeah?? Because you guys keep giving me different information?? I was planning to purchase a better pair from them after returning, but because of their god awful support, I will be taking my business elsewhere. I have never seen such rude customer service.
