What an awesome experience, everything is automated and very quick. The thoughtful layout of the interface is intuitive and responsive. The added feature of "trying before buying" is testament to their confidence in the service.

I used Hyperlayer’s service for game server hosting for over 2 years. Rarely had any outage. Their support has been great throughout years. They have some great tools for managing servers and they have an to reinstall the server in case you made some game breaking changes to its setting.

Been with many different hosts and so far this is the best one i have ever been with.

I purchased a server for modded minecraft. Unfortunately i underestimated the amount of resources id need. I filed a medium priority ticket and got a reply within 10 minutes. Everything sorted by Adam G. If it wasnt for my error i wouldnt have refunded. They have an excellent panel for managing a minecraft server. Also the CPU power of the free tier is insane its just the ram that i underestimated.

absolutely legendary experience. I had a bit of a learning curve since I did not fully understand fabric and so on. But the hardest part was the mods. But now that I understand how it work I realized how easy hyper layer makes it. I would perhaps recomend 2 things. Firstly, making youtube vidoes like Apex hosting explaining why and what you are doing when adding mods. The instructions are great but it is a bit hard to follow along on some parts. And secondly, maybe start doing adds or marketing for south africa. Because the ping is amazing and it's super easy to use. Took me 3 minutes to set up my server. So I genuenly think putting some adds or something of the sort would be great since you will get more clients.

Probably the only Minecraft Bedrock hosting in SA and they do it very well. I’ve bought Minecraft servers from them before and the pricing is super cheap, the control panel is easy to use and support is excellent (I’ve asked for assistance on how to do certain things before and they’ve gone out of their way to do it all for me). The servers are good quality especially at the price. Would recommended

I'd like this to be a short review.

In essence. If you're looking for a great server host. Look no further. I know NOTHING about server setup and management. The team answered me instantly and professionally. I got over-and-above level of service and Adam went beyond what was expected to help me out with some issues.

Just pull the trigger on it already. You'll not regret it.

I am going to be honest. I first got a MC server with another hosting company, his server did not work, when I notify the owner he said I lied and when I asked for a refund he got rude and offended.

The same night I got a server with HyperLayer.net. HyperLayer.net MC sever worked and showed up on BattleMetrics and everybody could join. No problems , no quarreling just got a server that worked and it was like a plug in and play. Got the mods installed. HyperLayer.net system was easier on the eyes and easier to understand. Thank you HyperLayer.net for the best server and service. I regret not going with HyperLayer.net in the first place.

With experience I can say HyperLayer.net is the best and definitely takes the lead by far with best service, best servers and best support HyperLayer.net 's hardware is also way better...

We initially dealt with a lot of frustrations with gamingcp being out and server crashes. Seems to be stabilizing now. As promised, I've updated my review as the servers have stabilized and we haven't had any issues the past few days.

I started a Minecraft server trail on Saturday, logged a ticket and got a quick response. This means they available to assist on weekends.
The ticket was resolved with links to relevant information on thier website.

I've used this service time and again, support always goes above and beyond. If there's ever an expansion I will be the first to join up again.

Great server hosting at an affordable price with support.

altho the pricing is not what everyone wants
the service makes it worth it

i had a connection problem from server to client side
5 min fixed after addressing it
