I don’t how else to describe this experience. Yes the product worked.
I used a free trial to test it out and yes it worked. However once it was time to cancel that free trial, it was borderline impossible. I see below reviews where they’re stating that there’s an option to manage your subscription under your profile, there isn’t. There is no such option. If I could append a snip I would but I can guarantee there’s no option so they’re clearly lying to customers.
Additionally, after being able to cancel the subscription from their site, they attempted to charge my card which failed. I immediately cancelled using the stripe link in the email received by them. (the only email communication they really send out) Yet for some reason, I woke up this morning to a charge by them on a cancelled subscription. Funnily enough, they charged me yet I’m still on the free plan in their software. (I have pictures and video proof of this)
Also on search, this isn’t the first this has happened to others, I’ve seen results 6 months back with people having this problem with you guys, so why has it not been resolved…
