I paid for the subscription. I log in to my profile but it doesn't work telling me that I have to choose the subscription, which I have already done and paid for. scam

Scam! Do not use I paid for a plan the money went through and i have no access to anything. All the contact emails for support bounce. Do not use them!

Got my account banned within 3-days with medium settings. Refuse to give a refund even though UK law allows for the right to cancellation.

I only found out about the reviews here because they offered a reward for 5 star reviews.

Very disappointed, I was very excited because of the price and features, but definitely, it was something wrong. They have a lack of instructions, the customer service is very poor, they avoid providing you with the right answers and in fact, it is very risky. 1st day I tried, it went very well but after that day, all my business Instagram accounts were blocked or even with the slowest growth and safest, a re-login request all time. After a while, they come with the idea of using proxies or other solutions, the kind ones they should indicate the first time.

After 1 week I asked for a refund and still, I have not received any ANSWERS or any solutions, what for me, it is the worst part. I honestly have lost money and my clients asking me for a refund.

I do not recommend it and now with Instagram Al, even more risky.

Instagram blocks actions from these guys. Basically the system doesn't work. Non existent customer service.

The app doesnt work. I tried for a month. Support is useless. They just want you to try it for a month, then by the time you want to quit, they already charged you for the next month. Its like paying cover at a lousy club, then leaving once you get in .. and paying the doorman again on the way out.

Horrible, handy away of this provider. No Support no Contact but they want to get payed for this tool. No results but my account gets closed because of this bot of this company.

The worst of the worst!
It was such a scam. No customer service, it seems like a bot and very deceptive. The bot performs at its bets about 10%. Then you must login and log off continuously because the bot stops about each 1-2 days and doing this put in a lot of risk your account.
So bad!

Does not work at all, their bot can't even log into instagram. They refused to refund, worst service, very dishonest and unprofessional. Complain with your banks for no service so in the future no banks will accept their credit card transactions.

Very deceptive, very dishonest. Paid for an annual midi service and have not been able to log in once. There is no support, no link to get any help except FAQs. this is a no no

Never experienced such a worst service! No customer care, payment done and the system doesn't allow to login. What a waste of time and money!
