I wish I had read the reviews the worst I've ordered online. I wish they had negative ratings doesn't deserve 1/2 a star. Very cheap item materials are thin didn't even put on due to the flimsy materials it was made of.

HORRIBLE PRODUCT and SERVICE - BUT they finally remedied situation
They say there is a refund/replacement for defective products
They will not respond to emails
They say their cases are leather - they are plastic and cardboard.
DO NOT BUY FROM THEM
AND THEIR RESPONSE below TO THIS IS A JOKE - I've literally emailed them with this information multiple times and they don't respond
UPDATE - Thanks to Trust Pilot - they responded and send me a replacement case so I updated their stars to 3. I hope that in the future they are better to respond to customers bc the cases are truly cute - they just don't hold up well.

Thank you for your feedback. It appears there may have been an error or misunderstanding. If you've received a defective item, we're more than happy to replace it or provide a refund. Please send us an email with your order number so we can track it. Additionally, our cases are made of FAUX leather, not plastic. The soft plastic part is on the inside, while the exterior is FAUX leather.

If there was a minus star I would give it. There reviews are fake. There products s made of paper and cardboard. They give a U.S. address when in fact their crappy products are made and shipped from China. Horrible customer service and they claim to give money back refund which is not true.

Thank you for your feedback. Our products are manufactured in China, and our office is based in the US. For phone covers costing less than $30, we believe we're offering good quality. They are made from FAUX leather, not paper as you mentioned. We also easily provide refunds or replacements and don't even ask customers to return the product to us.

I placed an order for a Gucci case for my S23 ultra. First, I received an email telling me to make the payment when I already had. The order was placed on 9.13.23 and I have yet to receive a tracking number saying it has shipped. No one has responded back to my emails and you don't get an answer when you call. My bank refunded my money for this bogus transaction. Go elsewhere!

I find their response laughable
I find their response laughable. If they really wanted to make this right, they would have contacted me personally, and not some fake public display. They make it seem like its a small error, oh well, we are sorry. They know full well that their products are not leather and that the size of the bag is not the same as their website.
