It's a pleasure to own several VPS at Hyonix. The uptime is almost perfect, and the support is excellent. They respond very fast to my questions and are taking care of the problems ASAP.

they are scammer. they are looting people, customer support is very bad, Vps works 2 to 3 days hardly after that we re unable to connect , contacted customer support many times but no proper response, Never recommended, Please stay away from them

As per our standard, all technical support queries will be responded to within 24 hours, and our team will escalate as soon as we have enough information to troubleshoot the issue (such as connectivity logs, error logs, screenshots, replication steps, ...).

We also have 7-days money back guarantee to ensure a frustration-free experience for all customers that are not satisfied with our services. If you only had the server for 3 days and is a new client, you can open a ticket requesting for a refund and get a full refund.

That said, we’d really like to look into your case and assist you further. Unfortunately, we’re unable to investigate the situation without a customer or ticket number. If you’re willing to provide this information—either by updating your review or contacting us directly—our team would be more than happy to help resolve the issue promptly.

Update: Trustpilot has provided us with the reference number that the customer submitted to verify this review.

Following our investigation, we found that the customer created a support ticket on June 2nd, 2025 at 05:16 (GMT+8) requesting assistance. Our team responded promptly at 05:29, requesting additional information needed to resolve the issue. Unfortunately, we received no response from the customer. We followed up again on June 5th at 19:40, but have not heard back since.

Our records show the customer's server has maintained uptime for over 2 months and continues to operate normally. While we remain committed to providing excellent support, we cannot troubleshoot the issue effectively without additional information or collaboration from the customer. We hope that John will reconnect with our support team so we can provide the assistance needed.

We appreciate your understanding and look forward to resolving this matter.

I have been using Hyonix for over a…

I have been using Hyonix for over a year and this month I had a horrible problem with the platform, the system started to crash a lot, and last Monday, I was in gold operations that had been dragging on for a few days, I went to exit a sell order the server crashed when I clicked and when it returned my buy order was closed causing the loss of over 2 thousand dollars, I contacted the company's support asking how we could solve this problem, they immediately threw 100% of the blame on me, saying that my connection caused their connection to crash at a crucial moment in my operations, I was very shaken because it was the only capital I had to trade, I asked them for a few free months until I got back on my feet and once again my request was denied, horrible experience with this HYONIX platform I do not recommend and if I could go back I would not have rented this bad server to do my work

Upon receiving your complaint, our team did double-checked with our network and system administrators and not just blatantly blaming you. Our logs confirmed there were no server outages, crashes, or technical issues on our infrastructure during the timeframe you mentioned. The server continued executing trades normally, and no other clients reported similar problems during this period.

The provided screenshots in your ticket indicates the disconnection occurred due to connectivity issues from your local network (and it was attempting to reconnect while the server continued to work as expected). This type of interruption can happen with any service provider when home internet connections experience instability.

Please rest assured that if our team found the issues to be started from our end, we would definitely admit to it and provide compensation in accordance to our Service Level Agreement (SLA). As the issue was not originated from our end, we are unable to provide compensations that you demanded in this case.

We also did not received any support ticket from you prior to this issue, which would have allowed us to check on any issues you are seeing as you mentioned that you have issues with connectivity recently. We can not see how we can help you further on this instance.

As an infrastructure provider, we can ensure optimal server uptime and low latency for trading operations. However, we can not control individual trading decisions or guarantee against market losses, as trading inherently carries risk. We also can not guarantee the quality of your local network toward our server as it is completely out of our control.

They have the fastest support.

The service was above and beyond expectations. I felt like the employee was genuinely interested in solving the problem, not just performing a duty. I've never had a problem that took longer than ten minutes to resolve.

Especially if you have the employee Tai Bui, he is very dedicated to his work, quick to respond, and friendly, even though he is behind the keyboard.

I recommend this company

5 Start VPS provider!

Great company. I've bought my fair share of VPS's from providers over a decade plus. Some companies do manaul stuff still in today's age which is just wild wait a day or longer fore a provision. Hyonix has things done right. You pretty much get an instant provision of a VPS. And the best part is they are damn fast. For a fraction of the cost of the big players. Support replies very quickly also. Since starting with them I've bought a 2nd location I needed. I easily foresee buying more servers from them as time goes by.

4 years later.

I have been a customer of Hyonix since late 2021 and I have been completely satisfied with their uptime, response time, customer service and compromising their business for their own customer's situation. They gave me over 100 GB of extra storage for an upgraded cost because I didn't have the money at the time. This allowed me to build a business and never stop what I was doing as a young solo developer. I am writing this review because it was the last day I am using their service because I am moving to Linux based hosting. I would like to thank the dedicated people over at Hyonix to their customers. Thank you.

Hyonix will jump on to fix the issue you have

Hypnoix customer service is great. I had issue with internet connection and it kept dropping on its own, and Hyonix was able to troubleshoot and upgrade my server and now the issue is completely gone.

I'm a very satisfied customer now and will continue to use their service.

A+ all the way

I've been using a server hosted by Hyonix for almost a year now, after a recommendation from a friend. Zero problems so far, everything works great. I appreciate the fact that the dashboard has everything covered so you don't need to contact support if you mess something up, like I did with the network controller settings. Fortunately, there's a way to reset it with a single button. Neat!

On the off chance you can't get out of trouble without support, they're responsive and helpful, that's another massive plus!

Beware of their 7-day termination clause

I had a VPS server for 5 years with them, and after an only 7-day suspension they have decided to remove it with all the data. Luckily, it's not a server I had anything important, but a server I used for testing purposes, but with such minimal time for recovery, I would never recommend this to anyone.

I've had servers in many other places, like Digital Ocean, and they give, at minimum and at least 30-days for recovery after a payment overdue notice and some even give some extra working-days of the service without even a suspension

The worst part is that I've been not for 1 or 2 months, but 5 years with them! Hyonix never more.

Theoretically, they warn this on their TOS and this is why I would not take any actions against them. But If I had to read the full TOS of each single service I engage with in a year, I would spend around 2 months every years exclusively reading all the TOS. So, what I'm expecting its a minimum quality of service, regardless of their TOS. And they have proven not to offer this quality with this abusive clause.

Hi Manuel, we really appreciate that you've been extremely supportive of us in the past 5 years and sincerely apologize for any inconvenience caused by the automatic termination.

We believe that our terms are up to industry standards among other providers in the same segment. This has also been clearly communicated at every stage on our dashboard, from signup to ordering and using the service.

We've also provided multiple notifications about your server's upcoming renewals, including 6 emails over 17 days. These emails clearly stated when your service would be suspended or terminated if not renewed. Additionally, your service was suspended for 7 days as a last resort to bring this issue to your attention. If you've been a client for 5 years, you would have received dozens of notifications about renewal and would be aware of when your service will be terminated if no payment is made. It's very difficult to see how we could have communicated this more clearly if all the notifications were not acknowledged.

Our platform allows every client to add their Credit/Debit card or PayPal account to their account with us for worry-free automated renewal every month. But you did not opt for this option as well.

We've also forwarded your feedback to our development team to explore if there could have been a better way to prevent this situation. Technically, we are limited because our underlying platform, WHMCS, does not allow us to add a 'grace period' for clients that meet certain criteria.

Hyonix customer support are always very quick to respond to tickets logged and they provided a solution to my problem immediately which I was able to follow and resolve my issue.
