Jack Barrett was very polite, friendly and helpful and made sure to have an engineer out the next day, the prices he provided was very competitive, I recommend you ask for jack if your using hydro cleansing's services

Very unprofessional service
Very unprofessional service. When you call the office, they charge you for a full service, but when they attend, it’s a completely different story. They showed up, spent five minutes poking the drain with long rod, didn’t clean properly, didn’t use the pressure wash as promised,just unblocked and left. Yet, they still tried to charge me for two hours of work. Completely unacceptable. I will never use this company again.

They quoted me price very different to…
They quoted me price very different to the last time when asked they said you were quoted wrong last time. The operation manager Graham was very rude to me. He had no profesionalism at all and hung up on me.
Now after sending me the new invoice told me to pay on the spot. I said it would be paid next week. They put penalty of £35. After the weeken they threatened me to take legal action. This was all happened within the time period of 5 days. They could not wait 3 to 4 days. My director makes the payment every week.
Very disappointed by their behaviour and treatment.

10 calls a day. Just felt bit harassed in one point - the timing was wrong at the end as well.

Do not use this company. They are only interested in taking money, demanding payment for incomplete work within 3 days or placing a hefty late payment fee and threat of legal action upon you. Never dealt with such an unprofessional company.

Great team - overflowing car park basement
