I found Hydréa London to be an excellent company to deal with.

Their communication throughout the purchasing process is superb. I ordered a nail brush, which was delivered on time, and was well packaged. The quality of the nail brush was excellent, and I am very pleased.

I would have no hesitation to recommend Hydréa London to my family and friends. Delighted by their first class service.

Bought a "Hydréa London Loofah Mitt" through Amazon. It had a big hole in it like an insect had eaten through it but the packaging was all intact so the hole was there before being packaged. I had to throw the loofah mitt out, as its totally unusable. I emailed Hydrea London, told them I bought this at Amazon and that it had a big hole in, they asked me for the Amazon order number, images of the hole etc. I sent them as requested.

Update: Three days later Hydra London emailed me back and told me to contact Amazon, and that it wasn't their problem..... lovely customer service...

Fast straight forward delivery. The boar bristle brush seems like high quality.

The ‘Professional Spa Foot File’ is extremely well made and works perfectly giving me summer ready feet.

Super helpful customer service. I got the mini facial brush. And I was worried about the ‘hair’ part of the brush, because it’s from horses I was worried about the ethical part. They assured me they gather it when brushing the horses and the wooden part is sustainable. They answered these questions super quick. And the product works and soft enough for the face, not scratchy! I love it so much I brought two more for presents!

"Luxury bath buffer" with 100% low density polyethylene(LDPE). It is used with lower density and more foaming than general polyethylene.

With just one push of body soap, a lot of fluffy bubbles came out. In addition, because it foams well, it can be washed gently as if stroking with foam, and it feels completely clean.
