Great Service, Prompt Delivery and Good Product
Always get a really good, personal service from Huws Gray. After my online order they called to see when I wanted to take delivery and the logistics of getting the topsoil to the farm given the road restrictions. Nothing too much trouble for the driver who offered to wait while we sorted the bags. The quality of the topsoil is way better than anything I have had from garden suppliers and it was dry which was great. Good old fashioned service from a local depot and I thoroughly recommend.

Usually a great company but my recent order just didnt arrive. After 10 days I called them to see where it was and they had 0 explanation as to why.
They did get it out to me the following day though

Personal service beyond expectations.
My local branch was unable to make a fairly small delivery at the height of the heatwave but the manager personally delivered the goods early the next (Saturday) morning. This was excellent customer service, above and beyond my expectations. This enabled me to complete my project on time.

So disappointed with huws gray my self…
So disappointed with huws gray my self and my family have spent thousands of pounds over the years with them and recently l bought 3 tonnes of gravel from them for decotrive cover on the garden however when the 3rd bag came it was a different gravel in colour and make where it came from when l rang and told them they said send pictures and invoice number in which l did they said they would see what they can do and get back to me never heard anything from them and for the sake of about40 pounds they could have sorted it so we will not be using how's gray at barnsley again

I ordered something, paid for it, was rung up by the company to arrange a delivery in a few days time. But then rung back by the company 2 days later to say they don't have the item anymore, staff were nice and pleasant and very apologetic but obviously this caused me some issues
