Rubbish Quality
Bought timber and felt from this company its the worst materials I have ever experienced 2x2 twisted all over. Have just come to use the shiplap and guess what it's all twisted have you ever tried fitting 3.7m lengths of twisted shiplap.
This company is a joke supplies rubbish.
Roofing felt arrived with a hole in it .
I am being polite otherwise it won't be published.

Looked for items on the website
Looked for items on the website. The local branch didn't have in stock and said they couldn't order in. Went to branch to collect other material and no one seemed to know where my order was. Was told i had to order type a batten in 4.2 m lengths. The website sells it by the m and all very confusing. All in all quite a bad shopping experience. Saying all that all the staff were very polite and friendly.

Poor communication, expected better.
I placed a bulk order for top soil, eventually I had to call them to find out when it would be delivered as they made no effort to make contact.
After I had called to arrange my delivery the chosen time slot wasn’t followed, they didn’t call me to update me and as a result no one was there to receive the delivery. Every step I have had to call them to receive updates. Poor service from Huws Gray Portsmouth. A simple phone call is all it would have taken.
