no communication
i ordered some top soil on the Wednesday, according to the site someone would be in touch within one working day to arrange delivery. It was early morning on Wednesday when i ordered and really expected someone to be in touch that day, but nothing and nothing Thursday. Friday morning i was just about to phone them, when their lorry turned up to deliver the top soil. Luckily we was in. Not very professional.

Avoid. Still not delivered over a week after…
Still not delivered over a week after order. Zero contact and when I rang it was claimed it had been delivered on my driveway. I have cctv and when challenged it was then mentioned it hadn’t been delivered and they were waiting for another order in my area so they can deliver the goods. Still no communication or receipt of goods.

Materials required were in stock, very few suppliers in Britain have the materials so it was a relief when I found them online

2 out 4 post had to be returned! Slight confusion between staff on replacements so replacements took longer than I expected, work had to stop.
