They gave me a $20 bonus, then i won almost $600 with it, but can't withdraw it, without depositing and winning 8 times that amount. Complete SCAM. Have tried getting customer service and NOTHING!!! STAY AWAY

Stay away from this site!! You have to deposit in order to withdraw your winnings. They have no problem taking your deposit but when you try to withdraw they give you nothing but the run around. I’ve been trying to withdraw my winnings since 12/9/25 and still haven’t gotten it!! When you try to contact them you get some several different standard messages saying
1. Due to the high volume of payouts we’ve reached our max and it will be a few more days.
2. Please be patient your winnings are still in the queue stage and it will be a few more days.
3. We understand your frustrations and know we’re working on it and trying to push it through for you. Give us a few more days.
Then they start all over again. I’ve been hearing this over and over and still no payout!! All they’re doing is scamming people out of their money!!

Do not use this company. They review your account once you ask for withdrawals. If you have money in your account they will ban it in order for you to not take the money out of the casino. Report this website to the fraud and scam

Do not ever go on this site. They ask for a bunch of verifications and once you give them everything they need they ask for me. I'm going to get this site shut down as they are scamming people. I put in 200 hundre pound and had 480 in my account. I emailed them again and again and now they have banned me from the site which is illegal. This will not go unheard.

I played here a bit by accident - seemingly I'd registered a while ago and realised it wasn't totally legit for UK players and left it alone, but then forgot about that when I stumbled across it later in my password manager app - anyway, long story short, I won a couple hundred and reading these reviews was very worried I wouldn't be paid.

I submitted a few docs via the online form, but after reading their requirements and realising they needed a selfie of me holding my ID, decided a good move might be to drop this additional pic via the help/support ticket method on the website. After a couple of hours an agent got back to me with a full list of what they needed - the requirements were extreme (I sent about 10 photos and 2 years of tax returns!) - but they did verify me. And then once I tried to withdraw, the payment was instant.

The site itself looks good, it has a nice looking sportsbook with live streamed games alongside the casino too, if it wasn't for the extreme verification process I'd be recommending it. Stay away, won't let you verify till you deposit, I deposited 100 and was very very lucky and won 6k, verifies a nightmare, sent everything over but because I don't work and can't provide payslips etc, had a Inheritance last year explained use that at times to plater wife's wages ohhh no they need the documenting my inheritance amount etc, that person no longer has it due to no longer being here, so I have 6k sat in my account I can't get out. You can deposit via debit card but you cannot withdraw. You will be asked for multiple forms of I.D, they'll take a week to get back to you to ask for more I.D. This is all just a stall tactic, you will never be able to withdraw your funds.

Absolutely appalling customer service!! They allow you to deposit without any identification but the moment you want to withdraw anything you have to jump through hoops to get your money. My husband wanted to open an account but because he allowed me to use his card they wouldn’t allow the same card to be used by a different user and just banned him without any notice or explanation. When he messaged them back they simple said he couldn’t use their site and the decision was final!! Absolutely disgusting, I’d avoid at all cost!!

I signed up and deposited. Won quite a bit and then lost almost all before putting £100 on roulette and my number came up £3600 in my balance.

The withdrawal was not exactly plain sailing. I had to send off a lot of verification and selfies but was done in one day.

This is my only issue, the withdrawal. It says they accept bank transfers as a withdrawal but they don't and have not for some time. I had to deposit again using a debit card and then withdraw to that card. To be fair, the funds were in my account instantly.

However they only permit £2000 withdraws per day for new players. Of course I blew the remaining, but this was down to me.

They will payout, but don't count on the Bank Transfer. They should not market themselves as offering it if they don't.

They let you deposit easily but wont let you withdraw. They will mess you around asking for all types of identification documents, even ask you to go to a notary office to get your documents verified. They kept my £400 deposit and £200 winnings. STAY AS FAR AWAY FROM THESE SCUMBAGS AS POSSIBLE.
