I have had a change of circumstance and Lionel was very helpful with me. I was very happy with the service provided and even when asked how I can send positive feedback; he was very modest! Exceptional customer service from a nice gentleman!

Have only had for a short time (less than 1mo) but have so far found pass is great for multi-club access and ease.

Code is given to staff member who is able to input and validate at reception. Make sure to check opening times and you’re away!

Staff will assume you are fairly confident - have never been asked if visited before or directed to the changing rooms/told if lockers are padlock/coin operated etc so may be handy to have additional gym info on the hussle page.

All in all would recommend for value and flexibility if you are not looking for classes and frills.

Not cheap but it works!
if you away on holiday or working it gets you the daily access to a gym that you require.

This membership with Hussle is allowing me to be a member at multiple gyms and its fantastic.

It is excellent and deserves 5 stars. However, going to each gym and sharing the Hussle number to print the entry pass is really frustrating and time-consuming. It would be great if Hussle generated a QR code in the app and each gym machine authorised entry by scanning it on arrival, rather than doing it manually and spending 5 minutes at reception. Sometimes it can take 15 minutes due to leisure centre queues.

Great system love it in fact should have pay as you go in all gyms anyway not sure why its all contracts maybe people would actually go.

But the 3 stars is for the price your greedy £9 a go is too much your taking the piss simple would sell a lot more if they was cheaper.

Used to have a membership through IWG - when their partnership ended, Hussle suggested they'd give me a 40% discount, but that I would not be charged from September (I have an email stating my renewal amount for Sept 1st was £0.00). Come Sept 1st, they charge me £27.35.

Furthermore, I've discovered their website does not allow me to remove my credit card information, so I'll need to do a data deletion request to ensure that they don't charge me next month.

The gym does not use hussle. I spoke to the owner who said he has reached out to hussle to tell the this. I had to waste my money on hussle and then pay again at the gym

Hussle works super well for me with the discount I receive through my health insurance. I use it all over the country, so many places are on it and it always gets accepted and works. If you're in my situation it's great. One thing is you have to wait and speak to front desk, can't just scan in but that's absolutely fine by me.

The pass was easy to buy and is great value for money and allows me to access a lot of facilities for a very reasonable price. Best of all no contract so you only pay for as long as your going to use it

So happy that I had this option to be able to join the gym. My one issue is that every time you go you have to check in with a receptionist instead of just scan and go. For people who are on a time constraint can be a little annoying. Perhaps make it more easily accessible.

I used Hussle because we needed a small number of gym session in an area we don't always stay. We booked 3 sessions for 3 of us and it all worked like a dream. The cost was very fair, and using the sessions we had booked was very straightforward
