Ordered two months ago still have not received my order. Have contacted at least six times and can't get anywhere. Not pleased at all!!!

We purchased a Huusk Knife in August 2024. 2 days ago the wooden handle split and I contacted customer services to report this fault. I was amazed to receive a reply telling me that as the 3 day timeframe to report product issues had already passed it was too late to process a refund/replacement.
Do not buy this knife as obviously it is not even meant to last for a year!!
It is not fit for purpose and is a total scam.

I am another customer who parted company with £43 for 1 knife and postage on the 3rd of February. Like so many other people it's a no show although they were quick enough to take the money. Scam/rip off who knows but I don't think I will see the knife or my money refunded. Avoid this "too good to be true offer".

I cannot believe that in a day and age that we are all living in, such a knife or any other knife is readily advertised for any person (especially the young and vulnerable) can view and possibly order themselves. In addition, a knife should not be advertised on the front page on-line but instead it might be more appropriate to have a link to the knife. Knives should not be advertised, especially without some form of age or other verification link procedures in place.

Je regrette beaucoup mon expérience avec le site Hussk/Huusk.
Tout d'abord, le site est très clair (en français) et esthétique (le forgeron en kimono, c'est la classe!...) mais avec une technique de vente très agressive à la limite du ridicule (du genre "dépéchez vous, plus que 7 en stock" ! et " ... un couteau de plus à prix cassé" au moment du paiement. Débit immédiat et pour moi, la livraison (qui coûte quand même 10 €) a pris pas moins d'un mois. Le temps de m'inquiéter, de me renseigner et de découvrir que le site, basé en Lituanie, commande ses couteaux à une usine chinoise et utilise un transporteur chinois qui ne trace absolument rien. Je tiens cela des "conseillers couteaux" délocalisés et joignables par chat (assez facilement d'ailleurs) qui en fait n'ont pas d'autre d'information sur ma commande que sa date d'envoi. Et cerise sur le gâteau pour ma malheureuse commande, je reçois des spams publicitaires de Hussk tous les jours depuis ma commande (fin 2022), qui sont très difficiles à bloquer. Vous aurez exactement les mêmes couteaux en 3 jours et pour bien moins cher sur un grand site américain bien connu...

I purchased one of these knives for my husband in July last year ( 2024 ) after repeated requests to stop ringing me, trying to sell me more things, I have had 2 calls in the last week - I am sick to death of them. Wished I hadn't purchased it now, so be aware if you buy one, they will constantly ring you - I have blocked them on more than one number - I am going to take things further if they carry on harassing me

Made in China from a Lithuanian company using the worst grade of steel imaginable. Nothing authentic about Japan here . I’ve been many times & know Japan kitchens well & they would never use this knife in there kitchens. After a few months use it would struggle to cut a knob of butter . The U.K. marketing campaign by tv advertising when knife criminality is so high . Our children getting killed on our streets shame on hussk for promoting this via tv & tv advertisement authorities allowing this ad . Buy now & receive a leather belt holder yes we sure need this for kitchen use . None of us are real life bear grills here in the uk . camping yes 99.9% in holiday parks mainly as camping in woodland & moorland is illegal & needing this thing for survival is really unlikely . This would suit more to street gangs & criminals this leather knife belt holder . And Lying about how great this would be in our kitchens making life easier is total nonsense when cheaper knifes made of better grade steel are better . Chefs won’t use them & they are the tools of there trade & would laugh you out of the kitchen with this more of a weapon than a useful kitchen tool . what does that say . One word crap

This product should not be allowed to be advertised on tv due to the high rate of knife crime police are trying to stop. Same on the advertisers.

Used this knife 3 times would not cut butter if hot

Don't know how they get away with the lies.
Dont buy the knives. You can buy from a supermarket and get better quality. Might aswell buy off temu same crap.
Still don't understand why trading standards hasn't done anything yet.

Ordered one of these knives on December 12th 2024. Still not received it. Had an e.mail a couple of days later saying delivery would be late but nothing since.

This company is a total scam. They won't cancel my order despite the fact that I cancelled the order within minutes of making it and have phoned them daily. They won't give me the tracking code of the DHL courier, only their own internal tracking code which is still stating that it hasn't yet been sent. This means that I cannot arrange with the courier to return to sender which is the only way I can think of to avoid paying extortionate return postal fees which is the only solution Huusk will give me at this stage to get a refund. When I spoke to a customer service representative yesterday they offered me a 20% discount as long as I did not then return the items.

LIVE UPDATE - have just been offered 50% off if I don't send back the package when it arrives.
Now waiting on an update to see if they will give me a full refund as I said that I would still be sending the knives back

Attention arnaque! Dommage, site crédible et produit attractif. Faux appels de suivi avec demande de compléter l'achat avec ustensiles (étuis, etc.). Pas de facturation, des avis de tracking périodiques au départ de Jamaïque, puis des États-Unis ?! Ai du annuler ma Carte de crédit. Compte débité.

Beware of scam! Too bad, credible site and attractive product. Fake follow-up calls with request to complete the purchase with utensils (cases, etc.). No billing, periodic tracking notices from Jamaica, then from the United States?! Had to cancel my credit card. Account debited.

Due to the happenings around the UK recently, I think the Huusk knife should be banned from being advertised on TV. There have been a lot of Knife/Mascetti blade situations occur in the UK & advertising this item provides ideas to youngsters heads & use it. It looks a very sharp blade. It looks useful for cutting food, as shown in the advert, but dut to what has been happening on UK streets lately this advert should be stopped.

Absolute crap knife

These are a con job of the first order!!! They are purported to come from japan,they are Chinese and rubbish. The steel is inferior, the black on the blade is paint. They are not reduced by 70% they are roughly 100% dearer than the original on ali baba.

Total con. Avoid. You order one and four are charged for (check others below who have been hit by this scam) . You can't cancel as they will have 'shipped'. They won't cancel and return while in their shipping possession. You will receive them and have an option to send them back to Lithuania but you are charged for the option. Haven't received these knives but am expecting them to be rubbish as per other reviews. I will be using my credit card company to take back this payment.

My item has not arrived they gave me a tracking number in which i used and apparently its been in a royal mail depot since the 15th of March been in touch with huusk on numerous occasions but no reply as i want a full refund as they are the seller and responsible by law i now have no interest in the purchase i just wish i would have read the reviews first i personally think that it false advertising.
