You finally got busted!!! F U!!

Dear HushTV Operator,

This correspondence is provided as formal notice that an investigation has been initiated concerning the alleged unauthorized distribution, retransmission and commercial provision of copyrighted television programming through the HushTV service.

Information obtained during the course of the investigation indicates that the service may be providing Canadian and international television programming to subscribers without authorization from the applicable copyright holders and/or licensed distributors.

The alleged activities may engage provisions of the Copyright Act, the Radiocommunication Act, and other applicable Canadian legislation.

Where applicable, investigative measures may include the identification of service operators, distributors, payment processors, hosting providers, technical infrastructure and other parties involved in the operation or distribution of the service.

Should the allegations be substantiated, enforcement measures may include the seizure or preservation of equipment and records, restraint of proceeds or assets, disruption of service infrastructure, and the commencement of criminal or civil proceedings.

You are hereby advised to preserve all records relevant to the operation of the service, including subscriber records, payment records, server information, communications, business records and financial documentation. Destruction, alteration or concealment of relevant records may constitute a separate legal concern.

I would have rated them as -5 stars if I could. I had an account with Hushtv.org a year and a half ago but never with Hushtv.com but yet Hushtv.com has my email and are hounding me with multiple emails every month to get a 1 year subscription for a low price because I am a customer with them. Today I got 2 more emails from them (even though I have requested for them to stop emailing me) so I decided to go to Hushtv.com and see if I could contact them there to get them to stop. Its not the same main page as I was use to seeing when I was with Hushtv.org. So now I'm thinking they are different people than the ones I was with but yet they have my email and they say I am a customer. So I found my old link I had to their site. Thats when I seen the old link was to Hushtv.org, not Hushtv.com. So I clicked the link to Hushtv.org and, sure enough, up comes the page to Hushtv.com. They are the same people that were taking everyones money and then cutting their service off.
I realize this is not a review of Hushtv.com per-say but they are the same people that had Hushtv.org and they just changed their address extension to hide who they really are. I thought people need to know this and that people that have never used Hushtv at all before should actually read the reviews here on Trustpilot for Hushtv.org (which doesn't exsist any more but type Hushtv.org in your address bar and it will bring up Hushtv.com) before parting with your money.
