It's almost like a fake webshop
It's almost like a fake webshop. Placed an order and paied, since then I haven't heard anything. Send two emails, no reply. It's I think the most unprofessional service ever. Don't know what they thought when setting up this E-commerce, but I will never ever buy something there again. It's the worst brand ever.
Not at all what I expected
I chose a Hurley hoodie vs a Nike hoodie. The cost difference was a factor in my decision. The products looked similar and for the price I thought definitely worth it. After just a few times being worn the forearms began to have pills, those little balls of material that make an item look really worn. After a few washings the sides began to have pills. Not at all what I expected from Hurley. This was my first and last Hurley purchase.
Shocking
Shocking. That's all I can say. Spend £66 on 2 products. Recieved completely wrong order, which didnt even match my orders value. Emailed telling them of mistake, with a reply coming with no apology or explanation, just a link to return the goods. Proceeded to complain that during the returns process, it asks me to choose what im returning, and the value of each product(which i couldn't select, as I could return something i didnt recieve. I selected both of my orders anyway). Shipped my return on the 8th November, which also cost me £7, and it arrived at the Barcelona warehouse on the 18th, with Hurley being based in Barcelona I thought it wouldn't be long before I got a redund. 8 days later, its still at the warehouse, I email UPS for an explanation, they inform me they are under instruction to hold onto the package until they recieve confirmation it can continue to its final destination. This doesn't sit right with me, especially after the terrible, and rude, customer service I recieved when trying to correct my order. So now im 70 odd quid down, with nothing to show. Legal proceedings have now taken place to recieve my money, in full. Ordered from Hurley for over 30 years, won't be using them anymore

La segunda vez que intentamos comprar en un año. Al igual que la primera vez hemos co parado tras una semana esperando nos cancelan el pedido sin decirnos nada. Nos llega la devolucion del dinero de repente y sin ninguna explication. Nos ponemos en contacto con ellos y lo único que nos dicen es que se ha cancelado nuestro pedido. Si no llega a ser porque preguntanos nosotros no nos hubiera llegado ni un mensaje al respecto. Tendrán mal todo stock, trabajadores, todo pprque no dan una. Es la última vez que nos pasa ya no volveremos a comprar. Es una verguanza y una mala educación hacia el cliente absoluta
Poor Customer Service
I am trying to resolve an issue with a Hurley Advant 5/3 Kids wetsuit, which I have submitted to Hurley’s customer service.
Unfortunately, I have not been able to get a satisfactory solution: the wetsuit was purchased in a physical store in Spain (it was a gift from my son’s grandmother), and customer service informed me that only the store where it was purchased could handle the issue.
I live in Portugal, which makes this process practically impossible.
Not always are the brands we admire most able to provide support when we need it.
It is frustrating to see an excellent product become unusable and not have a simple solution.
Problems from the start
Ordered wetsuite and problems started. With delivery, then with return and refund- looks like money is coming from 3rd world country since it has been a week...Nobody answers emails. I would say, pick another store unless you like
adrenaline. Then you will only get a bad taste. I used to like the brand but after this experience I will never buy there again.

Dont say in your email i will expect it on august 18. Because now you are lying. You might think its not their fault its the fault of the shipper. But then have some customer service and let me know. Because that is wat makes me angry, is the lack of communication.

Still waiting for delivery after 12 days. No reply from customer services. It’s a summer wetsuit - at this rate it’ll be next summer before I use it, if it arrives at all. It wasn’t a cheap suit either!

If I could give this company a zero rating I would as that is what they deserve. In fact they don’t even deserve that as a rating. Poor customer service, absolutely nonexistent, and if you’re lucky enough to get the simplest of replies, it then takes you an eternity to get another. Do not waste your time or money on this sub standard brand that is on a rapid decline. HURLEY have lost its integrity and the reputation that was strong built in the surfing culture. They now distribute directly out of China!!!!!! America and UK are completely different as HURLEY no longer operates in conjunction with Australia.
Ring or message the retail ombudsman, the more this company is exposed, the less chance of other people being affected.

Eine Reklamation mit Rücksendung endete in einer Sackgasse. Ich habe meine Rücksendung zurückgesendet bekommen. Nun habe ich zwei unbrauchbare Bekleidungsartikel gekauft, Geld für den Rückversand ausgegeben und der Service reagiert nicht mehr. Das grenzt an Betrug.

Realicé una devolución el dia 22 de Julio y a dia de hoy, todavía no han realizado el abono del producto comprado. Han pasado 2 semanas. Tampoco contestan a los emails enviados.
En definitiva, un desastre la gestión y la atención al cliente. NO VOLVEREMOS A COMPRAR NUNCA MAS.

Absolute cheapest rubbish available. May has well have bought knock offs.
I don’t see the benefit of this to the company as I will simply never shop Hurley again.

Hice un regalo de Neopreno y al querer cambiar de talla a una menos. Primero no te hacen el cambio, si tenias un descuento ya no te lo aplican, solo puedes devolverlo y cambiarlo por uno nuevo sin reducción de precio tal y como lo tenia antes. Luego si quieres ir a cambiarlo a cualquier tienda de Hurley, no puedes.... van por libre... encima no tienen numero de teléfono para llamar.... Fatal.... nunca más.

Honda gx390 pressure washer
Yesterday I needed a part and help for a pressure washer . I didn’t have a clue, Luke gave me his personal number so I could send him pictures.
Within five minutes of sending photos the part was ready to collect.
Today I went to the office and not only did they have the part , they also fitted for me . Top class service
Hurley brand a total flop.
Hurley brand flip flops aka jandals. Absolute rubbish. Strap broke through on one and the sole split on the other within one week of purchase and normal use. Wouldn’t touch that brand again under any circumstances.
