I have found Hunt office to be one of the best office supplies companies in Ireland. I have found their prices to be substantially lower than others and the delivery time is exceptional. I would not consider other suppliers and would rate this company and their staff as No 1 in Ireland.

I have found Hunt Office to be extremely reliable, both in terms of product delivery and customer service.
Any queries are answered swiftly and they do not forget to follow up!

Excellent Sales Service from Hunt Office. Zoe is very helpful and always very prompt to respond on all my queries. Would highly recommend.

Hunt Office has a very efficient customer service in my opinion . Their staff are all so polite and extremely helpful. I usually get my order delivered the following day, which is what I need being in a busy office.

I misplaced screws for a work desk when moving house. I purchased the desk from Hunt in 2021. I reached out to them by email and had a response from Paudie within a few hours to let me know my request was in hand. A few minutes later I was asked for my address to send the required screws. Very fast, efficient and helpful.

Great people to deal with, prices reasonable, prompt reliable delivery, the personal touch makes all the difference.

Very helpful in assisting with my order. Excellent service.

I contacted Hunt's by phone and was dealt with by Zoe who could not have done more to assist me in placing and expediting my order. She was friendly, informative and super efficient. All the paperwork completed within a few minutes. Hunt Office strength as a company is its professional and competent human resources.

Very quick response from Laura to an issue we had with short shipping of an item. Delivery was within 24hrs of ordering. Lovely Company to deal with.

Ordered 2k laptop as it stated 3-5 day delivery, 8 days later I phoned and the laptop location was a mystery, received an email saying they were looking into it so I replied to request refund (advised I was purchasing in store the next day and needed refund), 4 days after my email they reply to say it's out for delivery that day and would I still like a refund?! Had to threaten court and CCPC before they would refund.

It was only when searching for their email I was reminded that 5 years ago I placed an order which was delayed for 4 months, I was continually told the item was "In Stock" and just delayed, 4 months after order Huntoffice cancelled the order. I checked the website and they had the identical product listed at a 600% higher price. When I emailed querying this they blamed the supplier and told me they would not honour the order I placed (and waited for 4 months for) and I could re-order it again at 6 times the price if I wanted to...and I guess wait another 4 months until they decided to increase the price again.

This appears to be a drop shipper situation which is very poorly managed. BEWARE

Quick answers to queries and helpful information from Katarzyna.

Always get what we need for our stationery requirements which varies widely with the various endeavours we have going on here! The customer service has been terrific over the years. Speedy delivery service too without any issues. No complaints!

Laura was extremely helpful guiding me through the ordering process.

Dealt with Laura, via an email query. I received prompt replies to my queries and every email was professional, courteous and contained the information I required. My queries were all sorted to my satisfaction.

I place just small orders from time to time and I always get exactly what I’m looking for promptly, it seems that my orders are just as important as bigger ones ! Hunt Office staff are a pleasure to do business with.

Absolutely amazing customer service experience. I managed to add an incorrect shipping address and Laura was so good to help to track the parcel and liaise with GLS on my behalf with regular updates on the progress!
