Ordered on the 5th July, not received.
I have received several emails in Dutch, which were of no relevance.
I have a strong feeling this is fraudulent, I will take this further.
My item has not been delivered. I have sent a follow up email, but no response.
This company is fraudulent. It does not reply to my questions or complaints. I want to return an item and receive a full refund, but I get NO reply.
I have emailed 3 times to find out about the returns process.It has been over three weeks now...with NO RESPONSE.
The item was advertised as "woollen" over and over on their website.
Yet, when it arrived...it is completely POLYESTER.
My order number is #10210
I want a full refund and I will be complaining to the Australian Ombudsman about this Hunne company.

The order has not been received 3 weeks on despite indicating it would be a 3-5 day delivery. Two attempts to contact the 24/7 helpline by email have met with no response. If the order does eventually arrive it looks as though it is coming from China whereas the impression from the website was that this was a NZ product. Perhaps the whole thing is just a scam. Would be a 0/5 review if that was an option
Haven’t received anything and it’s been over 3 weeks. Keep getting messages in Dutch. Can’t read them. Just want what I paid for although I’m guessing that’s not going to be good value either 😞😞
After waiting for weeks the item arrived only after I contacted the company. To say I was shocked with the garment would be an understatement. The ‘high quality wool coat” was a cheap and nasty polyester piece of junk. It literally said 100% polyester on the tag. I emailed them immediately asking for a refund but they have not replied.
Still waiting for the item of clothing to arrive after 2 1/2 weeks. No response from the helpline after querying where the item was. The website / instagram ad gave the impression this was a NZ company delivering a local product. I have no problem with foreign products but if felt somewhat misleading. Not a great impression so far, can only hope the quality and fit of the garment makes up for it.
I still haven't received my order. Still not sent more than a week after ordering.
