The guy running the group 8 years ago had a v v limited understanding of astrology. I could tell he wasn't properly trained as he didn't know how to properly read the whole chart and his v limited understanding of one placement which should never be done was simplistic and inaccurate. I wonder what his real credentials are and why he isn't transparent about them why does he do it for free?

Late at night last year, I felt this restless energy in my heart. For years I had been drawn to the Human Potential Institute as a transformational learning experience. Something would not let me spend another year postponing that dream, even though I had no idea where it might take me!

When I began coaching, I wasn't 100% sure what coaching even was, let alone if I wanted to become a coach. Yet I had absolute confidence that the Human Potential Team would make the progress worthwhile that, even if I didn't think coaching fit as a career path, I would be able to use my new information and skillsets to reach new heights. That has proven to be more than true, accelerating my growth in my 9-5 consulting job as I can relate to clients and colleagues with more intentionality thanks to the coaching framework. Every single module is bursting at the seams with breadth and depth of knowledge. I can't wait to continue revisiting the learning portal for years to come.

While learning and honing my new coaching skills, the course pace was flexible enough to support my personal journey towards finding a need and launching my own business. It's early days, but thanks to the cohort's supportive approach towards finding starter-clients, I now serve clients with a full coaching package.

Coaching skills + Personal development journey. This course is created in a way to not only help you become the best coach you can be, but also helps you develop as a human being to be able to meet your clients with presence and confidence. You will walk away as part of an amazing community and with a pocket full of information + coaching skills to go out and change lives.

This was an excellent program with excellent teachers. I would only recommend expanding the in-person coaching practice program with instructors offering feedback. I feel one weekend is not enough. And, the marketing and business side needs a lot of work. I suggest networking with actual companies that are looking for professional coaches; teaching the real-life aspects of the coaching business; and expand on the specific things we need to do to create a successful coaching business.

I just finished the course, it was very in-depth and I feel very prepared to start coaching clients now. The instructors are very skilled, and the course material is well laid out on the online learning platform. I would highly recommend this course if you are considering becoming a coach.

HPI was such a beautiful mix of science and heart, analytics and intuition. HPI is a very solid, well structured program. Its user friendly platform makes it easy to navigate. The study units have rich content in different formats that keep them dynamic. The instructors are experienced and always prepared. The technology in the virtual classes works perfectly. The level of professionalism and integrity makes this program stand out among other options seen in the market. I would encourage more interactivity in the classes. Also, I would deepen the content and instruction in the marketing and business aspect of this field early on.

Before discovering the Human Potential Institute I had looked at many other coaching courses. As soon as I found HPI and read through their syllabus then spoke to their Admission Coach, I knew this was the coach training I wanted to join.

Everything about HPI is professional, the instructors are super knowledgeable and all the materials covered in the online learning platform are incredible. There is a wealth of knowledge provided that will continue to be helpful in my practice for many years to come.

The encouragement and support throughout the training gave me the confidence to start coaching clients straight away. This has ensured that I am already off to a great start in my coaching business on completion of the training.

Great Program. Instructors are fabulous and there is so much wonderful content! As with anything in life, the more you put in the more you'll get. But I imagine it would be hard to go through this entire program without growing and shifting as a human!

The Human Potential Institute's Coach Training program far exceeded all of my expectations. Before going through the Human Potential Coach Training Institute, I had no idea how much my coaching was lacking as well as my personal awareness. Now, I have developed exponentially as a human and have those skills and knowledge to flow into sessions with my clients. The faculty at HPI are amazing, the structure is fantastic, and the content of our learning is beyond reproach. I recommend this to anyone looking to lead a more fulfilling life and to guide clients to do the same.

I was extremely impressed with the quality of this course. The content and live teaching was of a very high standard. I had already done coaching training before enrolling in this and had been coaching for about five years. Even as an experienced coach I learned a lot and I felt it helped me take my coaching to the next level.

This course was much more than I expected.

The course offered what was promised, and in cases more. I left a wiser and more complete person and coach, and learnt new things that I had no idea about before. The trainers were very approachable and my interactions were extremely valuable. I have no hesitation in recommending HPI if you are passionate about personal growth and coaching.

When I reflect on my experience with HPI, the most obvious area of learning has been around the skills and competencies of coaching. I came into the program with preconceived ideas of what coaching was, but very little actual knowledge. The program exposed my incorrect assumptions, while showing me the profound impact of real coaching in accordance with the ICF competencies. I believe that my abilities to facilitate transformational sessions for clients have been strengthened in ways that I would not have accessed without this program.
Another area of discovery was the depth of educational resources and links to further exploration of topics and subject matter. I was admittedly surprised by the amount of material. This sparked my curiosity in a number of topics, which I have further researched.
Finally, I want to mention the learning and growth I have experienced professionally and personally. I am now on a clear path towards self-employment as a professional coach, utilizing many of the examples and frameworks offered in the program. More importantly, I have grown as a person. This course has challenged me to be curious about my own values, fears, limiting behaviors, and strengths. Although sometimes uncomfortable, I have been open to the personal work and development. I believe that I’ve made great strides in terms of self-awareness, and continue to practice and apply this daily.
I would not hesitate to recommend this program to someone seeking a professional coaching education. I would also like to thank everyone at HPI.

The Human Potential Institute (HPI) coach training program enabled me to begin the process as a blank easel with a open mindset. Through a continuous connection with program resources, staff and cohort members, I was able to reflectively learn and grow into an awareness that has propelled me closer to my true-self. Excellent training with a very high standard of both content and trainers.
I am already a practicing Health Coach but got a huge amount out of this course. I am impressed by the consistent high standards but most of all by the underlying effort to produce really good coaches. For example Mindfulness is integrated into the course as a means to help coaches develop self awareness and improve their ability to stay present with their clients. There is a strong focus on coaching presence throughout and I really believe this is the foundation for good coaching. Content is excellent. The class really started to bond over the months and this created a very supportive environment for growth on many levels.
I highly recommend this course.
