Many of the OTC products are off brand and too expensive. The selections are horrible and need to be updated with better choices. We would be better off if Humana would let us order elsewhere.

Terrible Service
First all, it takes forever for a prescription to be filled and received. I am elderly and do not drive. I also do not get home mail delivery where I live. I have explained this to them many, many times. I thought I had a preferred delivery method set up through a rep for FEDEX. They sent it USPS anyway. When I called again (for about the 10th time) I was basically told sorry about my luck. No one speaks English and can understand same. No one knows what they are doing. Avoid this service at all costs. There is no service. Will be using my local Walgreens or CVS. Same day home delivery. Now I'll have to find a way to get to the Post Office to get my medication. Not that easy for me.

Centerwell pharmacy.They suck. Ask you for all your info, then say they have to transfer to another department, where they ask you the same info. This is all after they robot asks you at the start of the call.

im waiting to get my new medication filled something i need the old medication did not work for me but centerwell pharmacy generated a tracking number but web site says waiting to be picked up and know one can find where its at . After going back and forth, contacting my doctors office and contacting Centerwell trying to firgure out why I can't get my prescriptions filled, I GIVE UP!! They claim they are here for you. Well, not exactly. I've contacted them three times now and they still haven't resolved the issues. Not to mention their website is worthless. Even after you place an order, the order(s) don't appear on your "My Orders" webpage. Why?? Don't waste your time with this worthless company!

Absolutely the Worst Experience
Without a doubt, this is the worst mail-order pharmacy ever. I would never recommend CenterWell Pharmacy to anyone, especially not for something as serious as epilepsy medication. I truly wish I had read the reviews beforehand. We attempted to transfer my sister’s epilepsy medication, as well as blood pressure and cholesterol prescriptions. A couple weeks later, I checked the status only to find the orders had been canceled. No notice, no explanation. I called in to see why it had been canceled and was told they hadn’t heard back from the doctor’s office, so they canceled the transfer. I followed up with both her neurologist and primary care doctor, I was told the prescriptions had absolutely been sent in. When I called CenterWell back, the representative (though polite) had no idea what was going on. After putting me on hold, she came back to say the prescriptions had been transferred—not to our original pharmacy, but to a CVS over 200 miles away. When I asked that they correct their error and transfer the prescriptions to our local CVS, I was told I would have to do that myself. I refused, because it was their mistake—not mine. The representative couldn’t explain why CenterWell had even sent the prescriptions to another CVS in the first place. She said a pharmacist would call me back the next day. I never received a call from the pharmacist. Days later, I called again and spoke to a pharmacist who still couldn’t explain what happened or help correct it. He promised a call back too. Again—nothing. In the end, I had to go back to both doctors myself and ask them to send brand new prescriptions to the local pharmacy. This whole process was a complete waste of time, effort, and peace of mind. This pharmacy is disorganized, unprofessional, and unreliable. When things go wrong, they offer no real help, no follow-up, and often seem completely clueless. Worst of all, they flat-out lie about calling you back and fail to follow through. I would never recommend CenterWell Pharmacy to anyone. 0/10

humana pharmacy does not deserve any star at all. Answering machine investigate caller personal informations. Once live person answer, asking same information is so tiring, sickening for elderlies on medicare, wasting time is baddest service. No returned calls, thus I'm left with no medication for me to get sicker. I really hate, despise calling humana pharmacy, but humana pharmacy directed me to call back specific at this date, because original bottle prescription was not received, lost in mail transit. Two people I spoke to are too confused, can't understand my simple statement humana pharmacy told me to call back 04-24, 04-25 if I still did not receive the lost original bottle prescription, which I did not receive, made two people I spoke more puzzle, hang up on me is horrible.
This pharmacy is the worst
This pharmacy is the worst. I've been waiting for my new prescriptions for 9 days. Meds have been sitting and awaiting pick up for 2 days. customer service lied saying pills have been picked up but the post office is having a system problem which is bull. I will never use this pharmacy again. Worst experience ever. Shame on Humana!

Bait and switch
Bait and switch. Illegal, right? Fortunately for me, I am a rare senior who takes no prescription drugs. However, I have been paying out of pocket at Walmart for OTC items that I need. In 2024, I had Aetna and a Visa for $120 quarterly to use at Walmart and many other stores. Nice! But Aetna reduced it to $45 this year so I switched to Humana with the promise of $100 quarterly. However, I was required to order from Centerwell. I was excited to receive the official Humana OTC Health and Wellness Products catalog as most of the products are ones that I purchase on a regular basis - or so I thought. Tylenol, Advil, Dulcolax, Opti-free contact lens solution, Nervive, etc. Nope. The catalog uses name brands and then sends generics from Canada, South Korea, India, and who knows where else. Bait and switch? False advertising? Come on..... isn't that illegal? F U Humana! I feel scammed.

I called to order a new prescription I needed ASAP. I paid an extra $9.99 to expidite it and was told I would have it in 2-3 days.
Though the $9.99 hit my card, apparently the dispensary did not care, or did not receive it. Two days later I received an email saying I would get it in 9 days. I called Customer service at least 5 times
A SYSTEM BUILT TO FAIL
Apparently the customer service people cannot get in contact with managers or shippers at the dispensary. They can send emails and request order correction. This works about as expected with the dispensary ignoring the request.
MOREGOOD NEWS
Since they ignored it and I received no word it had shipped, I called in the next day(Sat) and they can do nothing because the dispensary is closed . weekends. Doesn't seem to show concern with getting people their medications in a timely manner.
PREDICTABLE REACTIONS
It took 10 calls to get this information and try to correct Centerwells error. Because 6 out of 10 people you tale to try to explain away Centerwells incompetence and make it the customers problem.
Complete schmbaggery, but they are powerless to help me and I'm sure that frustrates them.
I've had mail order pharmacy service for several decodes, but never dealt with a compnay that just doesn't care about getting me my medications when I need them until now. Humana seems ok, but I cannot deal with Cernterwell's "we don't care" approach and will have to get my meds elsewhere
Humana - wise up on Centerwell service!
To get a better price on prescriptions, we use Centerwell Pharmacy through our Humana MA plan. The very first month they cancelled an order with no explanation or warning. Once realized, the order was re-placed, and subsequently took so long to arrive that we HAD to purchase (from a big box pharmacy) a short term order of pills. Even though it was Centerwell's fault on both counts, they refused to pay for the necessary "fill-in" pills. Big strike one. Now, about three months later, it's time to refill the same three prescriptions. Only one was placed on refill and the other two disappeared from the website Rx list. Big strike two. Called Centerwell - no explanation for why two of the three drugs have disappeared from the list, as they are still valid. Each of the actual Centerwell prescription bottle labels (from the messed-up January order) state "3 refills available until 1/2026", the agent says there are no refills on two of them. NOTHING HAS CHANGED on these three meds. Big strike three! We would love for this pharmacy to be OUT with Humana. We will definitely be looking for a new Medicare supplement next time around.
On the upside, the Centerwell agents are polite and friendly, and were willing to make the call to the providers to obtain the necessary prescriptions (that Centerwell somehow lost)! We'll see what happens.
A Frustrating and Deceptive Experience – Avoid at All Costs!
This organization does not deserve even a single star. They are entirely unreliable and fail to deliver on their promises. Their refusal to fill prescriptions is not only unacceptable but appears to be a cost-cutting strategy at the expense of your health. Excuses abound with every interaction, and their claims are blatantly false. My doctor confirmed they were never contacted, despite the company's repeated assertions to the contrary. This level of dishonesty is appalling.
They take your money while offering no meaningful service in return—a complete and utter scam. Unfortunately, as Medicare restricts changes to once per year, I am stuck with this incompetent provider for nine more months. Rest assured, they will be replaced at the earliest opportunity.
Do yourself a favor and avoid this company at all costs. Their practices are a disgrace, and they should not be trusted. Humana, your failure to address this is nothing short of shameful.

i have been on the phone for over an hour trying to reach the specialty pharmacy and i have been transferred 5 times. The call center keeps giving me the main customer service # to call. Most of the reps do not speak English and are completely unable to do anything to help. The prescription is critical - Humana has opted to give no help for medications.

I’ve had to start getting my scripts from our local pharmacy because my meds don’t arrive on time. I often run out of my blood pressure meds before I receive my refills. Center well is not a responsible mail order pharmacy.
Centerwell OTC items are a joke
Centerwell OTC items are a joke. Most of the stuff available is pretty much useless for me. When renewing with Humana I didn't see that one cannot shop Walmart with their OTC funds. At Walmart I was able to find many items that greatly benefited me but not so with Centerwell. Useless. I will also not be using their mail order prescription service anymore as I don't trust them getting my meds to me on time. The past two times I used them I had to get in touch with them to let them know that if they didn't get on the ball I wouldn't be receiving my meds on time. It are not worth the so called convenience of having them ship my meds. I can't imagine a service any worse than Centerwell Pharmacy and OTC.

Breach of duty....yes it illegal and a pharmacy such as Centerwell can be found guilty of breach of duty when they fail to successfully fill and mail a prescription. They are incompetent , unorganized and should be shut down by the government regulatory agency that oversees them, STAY AWAY FROM HUMANA AND CENTERWELL...THEY ARE A DISSERVICE TO MEMBERS
Late Shipment Means I Will Run Out of Meds
I have an auto-renew set for my eye medication. On about October 15, an automated call asked me to confirm that I wanted the drug shipped (I said yes) and confirm my address. The call then said my drugs will be shipped and I'll have them in a few days. Without any notice to me (neither call nor text), the order was cancelled on 10/17. (Good thing I checked the app to find out). Supposedly they discovered they needed a new prescription from my doctor. I believe this was not correct, that there were 2 or 3 refills remaining. Anyway, they received the new prescription on 10/22, and the status on their app went to "order being filled." It still said that on 10/25, so I called them. I explained that due to their delay I was running out of my eye med, and needed them shipped immediately. The rep said that since the order was in process, there was nothing she could do to speed it up. She was pleasant but essentially useless in solving my issue. They apparently have NO PROCESS TO SHIP NEEDED DRUGS QUICKLY. My eyedrops are finally shipping today (10/28) -- 6 days after Centerwell got the new prescription. I am out of drops and I still won't get the drops from Centerwell via USPS for several days. I've not had any issues in the past with Centerwell, but this delay is totally unacceptable. I regret not using CVS, where I could have picked up the drugs the same day my doctor ordered them. I will not use Centerwell for any other prescriptions.
