A few weeks after purchasing a quality…
A few weeks after purchasing a quality dog bed from Hugo & Hudson the bed developed a small fault which caused us to get back in touch with the supplier, and after sending a couple of photos of the small fault they agreed without question to supply a replacement free of charge of course this whole matter was dealt with within 48hrs these are quality products from a quality company and customer service and after sales was fantastic.

Brilliant dog calming bed in graphite. My two new puppies love it.
Great service, arrived promptly and was notified all the way through the process.
Very helpful and effienticent customer service that replied on the same day which is a rare service these days.
Would highly recommend.

The product didn’t arrive at first
The product didn’t arrive at first, but the company sent me a replacement. I got the product on time and the size S was a great fit for my male Miniature Schnauzer with 9.5 kg!

A+++ service and response!!!
I ordered a raincoat for my dog a few months ago which is lovely and protects him from the rain very well. However, the clasp/buckle seemed to always be loose and would often unclip. I emailed the customer service team and explained the issue to them. Apparently this is very rare, but they are sending me a brand new replacement coat, no questions asked. I was thrilled with their response and how they dealt with it, very professional and personable. I will be sending the old coat back to them so they can donate it to a charity, which I am extremely happy about. Thank you Alfie!! A+++

Good harness but not quite right for my dog and me
This harness seems well-made. It's lightweight and easy to put on and take off of my dog. More important is that the front section crosses her shoulders, not her throat, which my vet recommends, even though my dog isn't much of a puller.
However, I like to use my dog's harness in lieu of a collar (not along with a collar) because we have several short outings each day (I work from home), so I prefer to leave the harness on her throughout the day. So, I'd like to have a convenient way to attach her tags to the harness to make it a true collar alternative. This harness does not provide that, though I think it could easily be added. Also, when she's off leash, the two leash-attachment rings on the back just flop around--there ought to be a way to secure them when no leash is being used (such as at dog parks or, as I've noted above) when the harness is left on her throughout the day.
So, just my two cents.

My big girl loves it so much! Looks very classy & is very padded and soft for my greyhound who suffers with arthritis!
Placed order and the Friday and it was delivered on the Saturday with no issues.
I ordered an large for a female greyhound if that helps on sizing and plenty of room still

Not the best. I did return rain coat (over week ago) and I wanted exchange for bigger size. And I didn’t get any message or notification from your side what is going on.?? I left original receipt inside a left note for exchange from size XS to S.
