HSL Chairs - Shrewsbury Anmeldelser

Contacted HSL Shrewsbury store to buy a bed for my dad. The service was excellent with all options fully explained by the friendly team. No hard sell, just a fab, clear service. Looking forward to seeing his new bed.

Excellent, knowledgeable staff. Felt in very good hands.
Huge choice of fabrics and styles.
Yes, the furniture is expensive, but we're looking at it as an investment for the future.
Would recommend.

Oh, and the coffee and biccies were nice too!

Tracey at the Shrewsbury branch was really helpful and patient when my elderly relative was choosing a riser recliner chair. The customer was able to try out many different models at her leisure. Tracey was very knowledgeable and explained all the important points in detail, making sure that the right size and fit of chair was chosen.

Very helpful staff and knowledgeable

They weren’t pushy but very clear and knowledgeable about their product. We found a discrepancy between the shop and the web and were very quick to put it right. It was nice to relax with a drink and biscuits too while enjoying the comfort of a chair we were trying out. We went away to think but returned after the weekend to buy.we now wait for the delivery.

I was greeted by Lisa. She helped me choose my fireside chair details - my second purchase from them. She was very friendly and efficient. I was extremely pleased with the service I received. A company you can trust. Thoroughly enjoyed my relaxing time spent there, and also the coffee and biscuits! Would recommend.

Staff very friendly and helpful, didn't seem that we walked into shop, but called into a friend's house for a chat and a cuppa. Tracey at the Shrewsbury branch made us feel welcome. My father received his recliner within a week and he is totally enjoying it.

Tracey and colleague excellent. Will report on the chair when it arrives!

The company were very helpful arranging a date suitable for us and them.
We were contacted to be informed for an accurate delivery time on the day.
Delivery was made and we were asked if we needed any further help before the fitters left.
They were polite and considerate delivering into our bungalow.
Thank you so much Paul & Thomas.

From the moment we walked into shop, the two ladies couldn't have been any more helpful they were so kind to my mum, really took the time to help her get the right chair for her. Not pushing a sale , made us a cup of tea, we ordered the chair just waiting for it to arrive, highly recommend HSL

Shrewsbury HSL

Arrived early which suited us well. Paul and Thomas were very polite and friendly and were very efficient in bringing in the new chairs & sofa and putting them together. They ensured the chairs and sofa were in the correct place in our living room.
They demonstrated the use of the hand control and ensured we were happy with the chairs & sofa before they left. They also advised who to contact if there were any problems.

Patricia was relaxed, informative and made the buying experience enjoyable. She really listened to what we wanted and enabled us to make a good decision

Having had such friendly, knowledgeable service when looking for a bed for an elderly relative we went back when looking for 2 Stressless chairs. Having visited other local furniture stores we came back to HSL Shrewsbury because of our past experience. We were greeted by Tracey who impressed us with her knowledge of all of the range available, size, design, bases and the difference between the 4 grades of leather available. Great service and a very competitive price. Dave and Liz Rowlands
