HSL Chairs - Rotherham Anmeldelser 

We had a very warm welcome when we went into our local Hsl store. We were given plenty of time to look around and given lots of information regarding the chairs we purchased. We were allowed plenty of time to sit in the chairs to make sure they were right for us. The sales person Eden was lovely, she brought us coffee and biscuits whilst chatting about the chairs.

The member of staff who completed our purchase, was very helpful, providing useful information, was polite and pleasant throughout. We are very satisfied.

We went to check out some chairs for future proofing our later life,the lady's were very helpfull and showed us lots off diferent versions off chairs which were suitable for us and our condisions,they even offered us a cup of tea are coffee,

What a fantastic experience in HSL Rotherham . Eden was amazing with my mum , made her so comfortable and was so helful throughout the process . Cant wait for mums chair to arrive

Was met by a friendly adviser and what I wanted was explained to me in a very helpful and informative manner.

We spent nearly 2 hours in the shop. The assistant was very patient with my mum. She brought us coffee and biscuits and really considered all our mums needs. There was no hard sell and eventually we found a chair which suited her needs.

My Mother and myself are deaf.
The lady communicated with us with such ease. I usually translate for mum but that day mum communicated for herself with few help from me. That was nice to see

From our first visit to HSL Rotherham, we spoke to Lynn who was really helpful and friendly. Made us feel welcome and that no question was too daft.
We picked the chair we wanted etc and it was ordered, after a lovely cuppa and chat we left happy with the intention of going back to look at there beds at a later date.
The chair arrived earlier than expected Paul & Thomas removed the old furniture both of which where really nice.
We went back to HSL Rotherham to choose a bed again spoke to Lynn who was amazing again, after a chat and a cuppa we left happy with what we had ordered.
Again the bed arrived earlier than expected but there was a problem the bed wouldn't go up the stairs due to the banister, the delivery men who was delivering said its fine we will take it back and when you have removed the banister let the office no and we will book a new delivery date. We did this and the bed was delivered by Alex & Graham with no issues, they removed the bed from upstairs and set up the new bed with in 30 minutes ish, they showed us how to use it as it is electric.
All staff that we have spoken too have been really nice and nothing has ever been too much for them. We will definitely use this company again.

My wife and I were welcomed into the the Rotherham store and carefully guided through selecting our fireside chairs by a very personable and knowledgable member of the HSL team. We were comfortable in making our purchase on the first visit and look forward to receiving our chairs in the near future.

Natalie was very helpful not pushy she found the chair which was right for me she explained everything clearly and answered any questions we had it was a pleasant experience not a anxious one

No pressure from the sales team when looking for a chair for my mum, they were extremely helpful and patient while my mum was looking. Once the chair was ordered they explained what would happen next, everything went as planned, when the chair was delivered it was first class service (from Numan and Thomas) Numan, took the time to ensure my mum was happy where the chair was positioned and how it all operated. would recommend as we found them a company you can rely on and trust.

Absolutely amazing service from start to finish, staff opened door for us on arrival, tea/coffee & chocolate biscuits given as refreshments, no pressure to buy, although we did. Not rushed at all. Umbrella held over us as we returned to our car - wonderful old fashioned service of the best kind.

Just had a new Settee delivered, looks and feels excellent, the 2 guys (Numan and Paul) were very pleasant, got the job done with no issues.
