HSL Chairs - Letchworth Anmeldelser

All very good

Diane was great. We had more fun than going to an Adventure Park. And learnt a lot more. She listened to what we needed and she guided us through the whole process.
Coffee and toilets were an added bonus.

Good welcome to store, excellent help by Graham, He made everything clear and we were able to understand the product.

I only had one foot in the door and was met by a lovely lady, Michele.
After that she and Graham did absolutely everything to help and explain what in all honesty I only popped in to have a quick look at.
A few days later I went back with the wife and ordered a chair.
Looking forward to receiving my chair from them.

Chair is excellent and delivered on day promised.

Welcoming wirhout being pushy.
Attentive to our needs and very well informed about the reclining chairs on show.
Allowed us to try various options explaining each ones benefits.
We are very happy with our purchase.

Outstanding service in the Letchworth store followed by speedy contact about delivery and friendly and efficient delivery well within the specified time limit. And of course very happy with the chair itself.

We were made very welcome and my wife who is disabled was assisted into the shop by means of ramps for her walker. The shop assistant Graham was extremeley helpful and made sure that all the options were explained in detail without any hard sell and biscuits it was an excellent shopping experience. Together with the offer of tea and biscuits it was made an excellent shopping experience.
