HSL Chairs - Edinburgh Sterling Anmeldelser

Delighted with our chairs. The whole process from ordering to delivery was seamless.

Helpful staff talking with knowledge and understanding. Price reasonable and made in Yorkshire

Although we did basic measuring up to ensure the suite would easily fit through our doors we subsequently discovered that we would not be able to gain access to our livingroom. Consequently we had to cancel our order. We did this within the 48 hour cooling off period. Cristina was fantastic for her patience and understanding and quickly arranged a refund. She kept us informed every step of the way by phone and email. We were most impressed by her knowledge of the furniture and did not pressurise us in any way. When it came to the refund we received a call, within the timescale specified by Cristina by the finance department, and the refund duly arrive in our account the next day. Thank you HSL for the fantastic service. We would definitely recommend this company

Christina and Arron were very helpful and informative

Terrific choice, excellent service at your Edinburgh branch, your lovely rep did not leave his name but had an Irish accent.
Highly recommended.

Really good customer sales service by the HSL member of staff Cristina. No pressure, very friendly, professional, and very helpful. The result I purchased a recliner chair. An overall excellent experience to date. Just waiting for the chair now.

The guy cslked arran was very helpful and understanding .. not pushy at all

Great company and no hesitation in recommending HSL.
Arran was both knowledgeable and very helpful and understanding when I changed my mind from leather to fabric.
Delighted with my Riser Recliner chairs, they are so comfortable and look really good. I spent a long time looking for modern riser recliners in quality tasteful fabric and found them at HSL.
Contacted the company to order fabric and a rechargeable battery and staff were helpful and prompt in customer service.
10/10 HSL

Lewis at Sterling Furniture/HSL is an excellent sales advisor. He was patient, courteous and attentive to our requirements. We bought 2 fireside chairs and will return.

The young man I saw one Thursday evening was very helpful and the young lady when we bought the couch was also very helpful.

I have been looking around for a riser recliner chair and had tried some of the conventional furniture stores before I tried HSL Chairs.
HSL Chairs may be more expensive than the ones I tried but they are hand made in the UK and are very comfortable. There really was no comparison with the others I had tried.
The Comfort Specialist, Maria, was friendly and knowledgeable about the product. She took her time allowing me to try various models and checking which models and sizes suited my requirements while explaining the options available.
I eventually decided on a dual riser recliner Aysgarth Grande model in leather with added optional “wooden knuckles”. It feels so comfortable, as if it was “made to measure”.
I can’t praise Maria highly enough and I am really looking forward to my chair being delivered.

Fantastic shopping experience with sales staff being very patient and helpful

I found all the staff i spoke with to be very helpful and friendly with no pressure. I thought of Hsl as a company that did furniture for older people. I was wrong. The furniture I have gone with is lovely, modern and classic as well. Appears to be well made.

Very professional service by Marie, and lots of patience
shown as we had been unsure what to purchase, perfect help and advice.also from her manager who happened to be on site today. We would certainly recommend HSL at Sterling Home in Edinburgh, so convenient and worth a visit. Best Wishes for your new location.
