Lovely ladies very helpful .
Lovely ladies very helpful and knowledgeable. Found the right size chair sat me down with an excellent cup of coffee , didn't feel a thing ! lol . Looking forward to the arrival of my new chair . Thanks again will definitely be shopping here again .

From the first contact with Natalie in their Coventry store I have met constant politeness and good manners until Craig and Jed fitted it today.As promised by Natalie 10 weeks delivery.I,m very impressed and satisfied with the quality and workmanship of my purchas.I highly recommend HSL.

Excellent customer service and products
On my visits I was made to feel welcome and my needs were listened to and helped. I was shown a range of products, was able to narrow down my choices and for the first time ever find an armchair and settee just right for my short body. I was given time to consider which items to go for and never felt rushed or pushed into choosing anything.
Some of the best customer service I've ever had.

From walking through the shop door to delivery of my chair I received friendly, expert, non pressurised, very helpful and professional staff. Special thanks to Michelle in the shop and to the very kind and respectful delivery chaps Craig and Jed. All three went the extra mile👌.

Great service from ordering to delivery.
Friendly staff, no rushing or pushing you into something you aren’t sure of very patient and couldn’t be more helpful, delivery drivers Craig and Shane very professional, friendly and efficient, even after travelling down from Leeds in cold, wet weather.

Lounge chair purchase
My wife and I visited HSL Coventry to look to purchase a lounge chair we were met by two lovely ladies Michelle and Kaye who made us very welcome
There knowledge and advice was first class, the products they showed us was to the standard we required and we ended up making a purchase
