HSL Chairs - Cheltenham Anmeldelser

Welcomed as we entered and most helpful with any questions we asked, given lots of advice and left alone whilst we discussed our options with no pressure to decide. Spent a lot of time trying different chairs and given coffee and biscuits whilst we tried them a nice touch.

Helpful staff.
Not pushy

Very good prompt and personal service

We were welcomed at the door by Lorraine, who then took charge of our visit, showed us to the armchairs we were interested in, and helped us choose the right size, fabric etc. She was friendly, knowledgeable and courteous throughout

Great experience dealt with by Jemma who knew both the product and the way to determine it's best use. Never pushed to make a decision, once I did the transaction was straightforward and competent, always with tact and in a friendly manner. Recommended.

We visited the Cheltenham store three times before deciding on our purchase.
Lucy was a very salesperson - friendly, knowledgeable, efficient and VERY patient.
She didn’t hassle or push towards a sale at any point. She just answered all our questions and allowed us to take our time in deciding the best combination of furnishing to fulfil our specific requirements.

Alyson was wonderful in helping us choose a chair today in your Cheltenham store, was very patient and understanding, went out of her way, without any rush! And Lorraine was very kind helping with our details and payment.

staff very welcoming - even to our large greyhound - and they were very knowledgeable and helpful especially Lorraine who directed me immediately to the perfect chair to suit my size and issues.

Came into the Cheltenham store looking for a new three piece suite. Jemma was very helpful and clearly explained the options. We ended up purchasing the three piece suite and are looking forward to enjoying it.

Alyson was also very helpful.

Thanks for the excellent advice!

Huge thank you, yet again, to everyone at HSL Cheltenham for your warm welcome and great depth of knowledge.
Pauline, you were fantastic today, nothing was too much trouble.
It was lovely meeting Ben also and discussing HSLs history etc.
We would never go anywhere else, and look forward to our new purchases.

We were allowed to look round the store without being hovered over which was lovely. This allowed us to try out various chairs and decide which one we preferred before consulting an assistant (Lorraine)) who was very helpful, hospitable, and efficient in dealing with our order.

Wonderfully looked after by Jemma at Cheltenham, given time - and a coffee in a china mug, she really listened to us and we felt we had the space we needed to make a decision which included leaving the store to go away and think about it. She was very well informed and very alert to what we needed. Thank you.

Pauline was very professional, she quickly identified a suitable product and enabled us to make a decision to buy the correct chair. She was very helpful and knowledgeable.

Excellent company with very attentive staff. Easy to use itemised price list (unlike some other riser chair companies).Made to our specification and delivered in only three weeks. The chair is very comfortable, easy to operate and very well made

I have just purchased a bed from HSL Cheltenham. The service in the showroom was fantastic, they were so patient and helpful. The staff who arrange deliveries were a delight, so friendly yet professional. A rare thing these days!
Thanks to all of you.

Excellent service by courteous and well informed staff who were extremely helpful

Pauline and Lorraine (Cheltenham brabch) gave my husband and me excellent advice. We chose our recliner/ riser chair and are very pleased with it. It will do wonders for my rheumatoid arthritis!

Lorraine was excellent today.
Nice greeting and most efficient with showing me exactly what I was looking for.

Once again, good quality furniture. Excellent communication with HSL and in the showroom -Gemma was ace.
Delivered safely by two polite and professional men.
