I found the initial consultation process to be rushed and felt like the doctor didn't take the time to fully understand my concerns and needs. The blood test was comprehensive but the results were not explained in a clear or detailed way.

Now that HCG is not provided I would have to say to stay away from this organization. At the very minimum they should have provided prescriptions to get this outside of the plan.

Keven - Thank you for being a patient of ours since 2019. We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience encountered with hCG. The issue has impacted the entire compounding pharmacy industry as the pandemic caused a significant shortage which we successfully managed through. Unfortunately, the FDA made a decision to reclassify hCG as an approved biological product. This decision requires every compounding pharmacy to halt production and to comply to the new regulatory framework. This caught the industry off guard as it was unexpected. Upon the announcement, our Doctors met to provide alternatives to hCG to our patients. These were implemented within 2 weeks of the announcement. We continue to advise that these alternatives are temporary until our pharmacies work through the regulatory challenges to comply to the FDA's new standards. It is not just isolated to our practice, but to every company in the industry. We promise that as soon as hCG is made available again in a compliant manner that it will be included in your protocol again.
I have been with HRT for a few years now and everything, I mean everything has been smooth. From the consults to the blood draws to payment issues, it has really been good. I have recommended several of my friends to look into HRT With HRT Doctors.
