HRC International is a fantastic agency for young graduates looking to gain valuable international experience in top-tier establishments. They helped me secure an amazing J-1 internship at a luxury property in Washington D.C. (The Ritz-Carlton).

The team accompanied me every step of the way, from the initial interviews to the visa process and my final arrival in the US. I always felt supported and well-informed. I am extremely grateful to the entire team for their constant support, kindness, and availability throughout this journey.

While going through this program represents a financial cost, having the agency handle the complex administrative side is absolutely worth it for the peace of mind. Furthermore, it is a great investment in my future that will definitely open new doors for my career. I highly recommend HRC to anyone wanting to start an international career!

The process itself was surprisingly fast and straightforward. It only took around 3 months from the first contact to departure. All step and information are clearly inform too!

Very disappointing experience.

This was a project I started over a year ago. Initially, I had a very good first contact with them, but at that time my profile did not yet meet the requirements for a visa application. I therefore came back 6 months later, in October, once my application was complete.

After several months of waiting, I was finally told in February that there might be an opportunity for me. I started the process, had an interview with a lady from their office, who confirmed everything was positive and that I would be kept updated.

Ten days later, I received an email explaining that it would actually be complicated to proceed with my diploma and that I should instead rely on my professional experience — which is not possible in my case (the 5 years required are not met). A week later, another message: this time, one of my diplomas would not be valid for the sponsor. This was followed by multiple exchanges via email, video calls and phone calls, each time with several days between responses, which unnecessarily slowed down and complicated the process.

However, I have already obtained a J-1 visa with these exact same documents without any issue. I was told this was due to one of my diploma being European, which honestly makes no sense. At the very least, one of my diplomas was sufficient to proceed — so why was the one considered problematic not simply set aside in favor of the validated bachelor’s degree?

It very clearly felt like my application was an issue for the lady from the office and was not handled at all. I genuinely got the impression that she simply did not want to take care of it.

On top of that, there was a clear lack of responsiveness and lies : about a week between each reply, and in the end, nearly a month to receive only two answers to my questions. We are now in April, and only after multiple follow-ups (calls, emails, text messages) was I finally told that it would not be possible.

Having already gone through a J-1 visa process before, I can say this experience was completely different: everything here was unnecessarily complicated, slow, and honestly unprofessional.

Result: more than a year lost, along with time, energy, and money on a process that never truly moved forward.

I absolutely do not recommend.

One of the best experiences I’ve had. I’m especially thankful to Angela, Eunike, and Shruti for assisting me so warmly and kindly throughout the whole time. They were incredibly patient, and genuinely attentive. I’m also grateful to the other excellent personnel who helped along the way. They all make me feel well taken care of. Thank you for such a wonderful experience!
