HP SWIMZ specialises in male-only adult swimming lessons, providing a comfortable and supportive environment for men who want to learn to swim, overcome fear of the water, or improve their technique. Our sessions are designed specifically for adults, including complete beginners who may never have had the chance to learn growing up. HP SWIMZ was created to remove the barriers many men face when trying to access swimming lessons, whether due to confidence, cultural considerations, or lack of male-only spaces. With over 17 years of swimming experience and several years teaching for major UK fitness organisations such as Total Fitness, KAL and Nuffield Health, we bring both professional instruction and real empathy to the learning process. Lessons are structured, progressive, and focused on building confidence, safety and correct technique. At HP SWIMZ, we believe it is never too late to learn. Our mission is to help men feel confident in the water, track their progress, and achieve personal milestones. Reviving the Sunnah... One Stroke at a Time.

Huzaifah is a really good instructor
Huzaifah is a really good instructor, he’s straight to the point and supports you throughout your swimming journey. As someone who’s always had a phobia of water, he’s really helped me go through at my own pace, which I appreciate.

Huzaifah is a brilliant instructor
Huzaifah is my instructor. You can tell he is experienced through his patience and attention to detail. Made a lot of progress so far, I didn't expect to pick it up this fast.

Honestly I’ve had 3 lessons with these guys and they have taught me more than any instructor ever has. These guys break everything down and answer any questions I might have. Amazing instructors.

Great instructor for all levels
I’ve always wanted to learn how to swim, so when this opportunity came up it felt like the right time to finally give it a go. After just 6 lessons, I can honestly say I’ve come a long way already and have even learnt how to float without assistance, which I never thought I’d manage this early on.
Huzaifah is a really good instructor. He pays close attention to the small details and doesn’t rush anything. What I like most is that he shows us each exercise practically, which makes a big difference, especially when you’re a beginner and trying to build confidence in the water.
I feel more confident each week and actually look forward to the lessons. I’d definitely recommend him to anyone who’s been thinking about learning to swim but hasn’t taken the step yet or are looking to refine their swimming skills.

HPswimz provides an excellent swimming instruction experience. As someone who had never been taught how to swim before, I gained confidence in the water within just a few lessons, including being comfortable going underwater and learning different techniques. The instructions are very practical, clear, and easy to follow, and great care is taken to ensure you feel comfortable and fully understand each step. The teaching style is engaging, hands-on, and enjoyable throughout. I would highly recommend HPswimz to anyone looking to learn or improve their swimming skills.

Gaining confidence in the water
Coach Huzaifah always guides me and the other students individually, giving tailored advice centred to our weaknesses. Feel so much more confident in the water in just 4 weeks with zero past experience and i definitely know I will be a successful swimmer with the help of the 3 coaches in the team. 👌👌
