I received a slightly damaged piece of the product and reached out to the company; they immediately responded that they would expedite a replacement piece. Although I was able to personally repair the damage myself (and canceled the replacement offer from the company), I appreciate the prompt response. I am very happy with the products!

We purchased the Round Metal Garden Trellis and are very happy with it. It is well-made, sturdy, and looks great! It was packaged well, and although the outer box had damage from shipping, the trellis itself was not damaged at all. It was easy to put together and install. We can't wait for the roses to grow up on it!

This trellis showed up on my Facebook account and it looked amazing. Loved that it had so many positive reviews so I went ahead and ordered. Was on back order but still arrived quickly. It was just like everyone said. Trellis was very well packaged, all parts were included, well made, and very easy to assemble. Looks beautiful in my garden. I did spray with a clear coat as per the instructions. There really hasn't been any wind so I have not heard the bells in the last week that the trellis has been installed. Highly recommend!

Easy to follow instructions except I didn't see the 2 of the 4 holes on the top were on the back side. Other than that it was easy to put together myself in no time (76 year old female). This trellis is a beautiful addition to my yard and the empty wall where my climbing rose is. My rose exploded this year so you can hardly see the trellis. I'll trim and train it next season. Might even need to buy a larger trellis. Packaged well. Excellent quality.

I have bought many things at HPotter over the years . You always get high quality stuff when you buy from them .items really made to last many years and beautifully designed . I feel it is well worth the higher cost to go with HPotter over cheaper competitors ,There is a saying , good stuff ain’t cheap, and cheap stuff ain’t good” haha .The owners respond quickly to questions and concerns and items are very well packed . I usually get orders the next day .You can tell this business cares about their reputation and customer satisfaction . Note: I have no connection to HPotter other than as a customer.

H Potter shipped my new garden trellis quite promptly. It actually arrived before my climbing rosebush that I ordered. What a beautiful centerpiece for my new flower bed, I can’t wait to see the climbing rose creep up and onto the trellis in the years to come. You can tell it is a high-quality material.

The artistry of my obelisk is beautiful! So easy to put together! Love that it is built to last. The stakes to hold it in the soil was a welcomed addition. It really gave my garden the perfect upgrade addition. Finally the last piece for my English garden! Thank you!

Shipping was fast and trellis was well packed with each piece wrapped individually. I haven't assembled it as yet, but looked through the instructions and at each piece and it seems straightforward. Got my clear paint and I am looking forward to enjoying the trellis for many years.
