HPA Solicitors Anmeldelser

Muzammil was fantastic. He had a difficult buying solicitor to deal with, who put every stumbling block in our way, but Muzammil never gave up.
He put up with me emailing at bizarre times, and was always on hand for my questions.
He was professional, timely, accurate and a great negotiator.
Would definitely recommend him and the team at HPA solicitors.

I used HPA Solicitors recently. Yasmin Malik was my main contact. I found her very helpful indeed and happily recommend her. The process was quite simple and the completion statement was forthcoming very quickly.

Recently instructed HPA for a sale and onward purchase of a property.
Excellent customer service. Yasmin was very thorough, kept me up to date with the whole process. ID checks were easily completed via an App.
I have used this company twice now and would definitely recommend them 100%
Competitive fees and fast responses.
Very happy customer!

I found Yasmin very professional within the HPA group , very happy with price and service

I recently used HPA Solicitors to assist with my house sale. A few people were involved with my case whom I didn’t really speak to much regarding the sale- Idris, Muzammil and Yasmin. I believe Muzammil was working under Idris and Yasmin took over when Muzammil left. I only spoke to Idris once.
The main person who stood out was Noman- Head of Operations. He was exceptional with communication and very responsive to replying and ‘getting things done’. If I just dealt with Noman I’d give 5*. When I had a concern about the completion statement it was Noman that sorted things out for me. On the day of completion Yasmin called me to obtain our bank details to transfer the proceeds of the sale. I’d already emailed these details a couple of weeks prior. The bank details she read out to me were not the bank details the funds were to go to and this concerned me. That said, this was resolved very quickly and fortunately was discussed prior to transferring funds.

On the whole, I would recommend HPA Solicitors as the price they quoted was exceptionally reasonable, the house sale proceeded smoothly and the communication with Noman made it a really good experience

I cannot recommend HPA Solicitors highly enough, especially Muzammil who handled my case swiftly and efficiently. He was extremely profressional and very responsive to emails and kept me up to date at all times which ensured a quick and smooth transaction. I wouldn't hesitate to use this firm again in the future for conveyancing

I recently used HPA Solicitors for purchasing my property, and am very pleased with the serviceprodivided. From start to finish, Noman was professional, efficient, and highly responsive.

Noman kept me informed at every stage of the process, explaining everything clearly and making what can often be a stressful experience feel straightforward and manageable.

Their attention to detail and proactive approach helped ensure that everything progressed smoothly and without unnecessary delays. I particularly appreciated clear communication from Noman and willingness to go the extra mile to keep things moving.

I would highly recommend the services of HPA to anyone buying a property and wouldn’t hesitate to use them again in the future.

From start to finish, this firm was proactive at every single stage. We never had to chase for updates: they were always ahead of us. Idris in particular was a standout; he took the time to explain a complex situation in a way that actually made sense. Couldn't recommend highly enough.

We had a really positive experience with HPA Solicitors, particularly Ishtiaq. From the very
first conversation, he made everything feel clear and straightforward, taking the time to
explain what to expect and what the next steps would be.
He was professional, approachable, and quick to respond to any questions, which made a
big difference during what can be a stressful process. We always felt informed and
reassured throughout.
We’re very grateful for Ishtiaq’s support and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend him and the
team at HPA Solicitors.

Excellent customer service from start to finish.

I had an excellent experience with this firm. All fees were clearly explained from the outset, with complete transparency throughout the process. Their professionalism, attention to detail, and commitment really stood out. I felt fully informed and supported at every stage. I would not hesitate to recommend their services.

I don’t normally write reviews but I felt this was deserved. Everything was handled professionally but without the corporate jargon and cold shoulder. They were approachable, explained things simply and didn’t make me feel silly for asking questions. That alone sets them apart in my opinion. Great Service.

From start to finish the process felt organised. I was given clear expectations at the beginning and those expectations were met. No hidden surprises, no sudden changes. Whenever something needed my attention, I was told exactly what to do and why.

Very polite and very honest
Straight to the point
Much appreciated and a wonderful experience.
Will use again
