Howes Models Anmeldelser

Quick and easy to place the order and delivered in good time. Thankyou

Simple on line purchase which arrived on time + helpful phone advice re additional items to complete the build

The items were good but you really ought to offer the rods to go with them.

Easy to order ,quick dispatch . Good product

Generally a good service from Howes Models which i have used many times over the years , however on this occasion I was really dissatisfied by the way my items were packaged. I ordered two 20 inch propeller shafts , which are quite long and delicate and need to be handled appropriately. However, Howes packed them inside some flat folded cardboard measuring 500 mm x 370mm. When i received the package, one of the shafts was had pierced the packing tape and was hanging out of the cardboard. It was only sheer luck that it had not bent . No provision was made to prevent the shafts bending in transit. Surely it would have been better to package them in some pvc pipe or similar ?? In my view this was not an acceptable method of packaging long and delicate prop shafts and why, on this occasion, I can only rate the service as 2 stars.

Quick delivery and sound chip was correct and worked perfectly with no problems

Always use Howes as service is quick and helpful people

Just the battery i needed. Not for a model, but fitted into a radio. On battery, it now works for several hours rather than the 10 minutes of the one it replaced. Thank you for a full description of the dimentions and the output characteristics allowing the correct purchase decision. Price and delivery were good as well.

Straightforward ordering process and rapid delivery

As always gr8 service very helpful postage and packaging brilliant good quality

Did exactly as expected, perfect product 👍

Great prices & fast delivery. Can't go wrong with that

Ordered a model boat complete with radio kit. All went well till I noticed two parts for the propeller were missing. I contacted Howes who on my behalf contacted the importer and managed to get me the missing parts and post them to me. So anyone can sell you something, but the difference happens when there is a problem and good customer service shines through.

good price ,
excellent service,
good stock.

Careful delivery service which was great as packaging wasn’t very thick!

Easy transaction, items arrived in good time at very reasonable cost. Very pleased with what I ordered.
