Once you follow his courses and the YouTube channel, you understand the intrinsics of interviewing.
I followed his suggestions like a Bible and I was able to ace my interview.

This has become some of the most invaluable information I have ever acquired. Very helpful insights as to what goes on in the mind of a hiring manager. I literally printed out all of the answers and put them in a binder and would study them as if they were lines for a play I was acting in. It made me have great answers and I was already able to guess what they were going to ask before the interview happened so I was prepared and not as nervous. Definitely worth your money. I would recommend this for anybody that is a serious professional who Struggles with self-confidence.

With the help of Mr. Richard's course and advise (by also following him on his Youtube Channel), I was able to leave a positive impression to interviewers and the hiring manager and make myself a memorable candidate and land the position I wanted in the IT section.

I have been trying to become a train driver for about a year with no luck, so I decided to give the pack a try. I knew of this company over twenty years ago when I considered the job. The materials aren't cheap, but they are comprehensive. I bought the hardback book and found reading it online a bit more cumbersome. There are many practice materials and tips to get you going with the needed practice. However, the best part was the webinar Dave ran which gave me a wealth of notes and information. It was very professional and better than any other training I've had in my current industry. Whilst I am still holding out to get past the first sift, he has given me the confidence to continue to pursue my dream job.

Let me keep this short. Without Richard I wouldn’t be in position im now. I cant recommend him enough.

Before I could not pass many interviews and I do not know why this happens. then I thought maybe I do not introduce myself on the good side and I began to research how to pass interviews. Then I met Richard`s videos on youtube and began to watch his videos. It is a reality that there is much of useful information in his videos. If you take attention to these videos you will pass your interviews with 100 % acceptance.
