Our host and representative from Housestay have been AMAZING. Jared is extremely polite and professional. He responds quickly and always aims to please. I could not imagine working with anyone else. Housestay is first on my list for family and friends when visiting the area. Highly Recommended!

Smooth Experience for Summer Rental
The folks at HouseStay were excellent helping through the process of booking a house for the summer in LA's Venice neighborhood. They were extremely responsive to my many questions and a reliable broker between the property owners and me. They are still a growing company but I'm sure they'll be very successful given the excellent service and added value that they bring to a stressful, complicated, and competitive process such as finding temporary housing.

Overall excellent experience and value
House we rented was roomy and comfortable. The rental price was appropriate. The staff worked hard to meet our needs. When there are unforeseen issues arise, prompt responses and actions followed. 5 stars!!! Thank you.

Great service!
I had the pleasure of working with HouseStay to find a place to live under a tight timeline. Justin was very thorough in providing multiple listings to fit my needs, and was very diligent and accommodating. Unfortunately, my plans changed and I was not able to book a property afterall, but I highly recommend using HouseStay and will certainly seek them out again for any future housing needs in Los Angeles.

So responsive and helpful!
I'm a tenant at one of the properties HouseStay manages. I've been living at the house with my three other roommates for a year and a half now and throughout our time here, they've been nothing short of amazing. Whenever we need help or have a question they respond on the day of and always have a solution.
I'd recommend Housestay to anyone. Such a great service.
