Very bad experience so far...
13 projects since a few years back.
Out of 13, only 1 has been reimbursed, 1 is in recovery (meaning not recovered at all), the other 11 are either expired or continously re-structured!
As a matter of fact, the information about the projects has been wrong, they did not meet ANY SINGLE DATE.
I wish I would have never invested in Housers.
I just want my money back and the earliest.
Housers has contacted me by message and on the phone, no problem with that. The lady on the phone was polite and excused herself on behalf of the company but it did not help.

SI MERITANO UNA CLASSACTION
Con Housers ho investito su diversi progetti.
Alcuni dovevano chiudersi in 12 mesi, altri in massimo due anni mentre invece ora sono tutti in recupero/scaduti/ristrutturazione e solo uno su 6 della durata di 6 mesi si è chiuso senza problemi. Tra imprese fallite, votazioni per richiedere la garanzia ipotecaria e lettere in spagnolo che devo tradurmi da solo, ad oggi sono 3anni che attendo e ancora dovrò attenderne non so quanti. Morale un sacco di soldi investiti e redditività totale del 10% lordo che in tre anni è un 3%… tirate voi le conclusioni io non vedo l’ora levare tutto.
Aggiornamento al 4/10/25. Tutto tace. Non rispondono alle mie email. Nessun aggiornamento sui progetti.

Registered in 2020. All 10+ investments failed. I didn't get the money back on some of them. And in those I got the money, it took so many years that I actually lost money to inflation. I'm still waiting to get all my money out, I think I can do it by 2027. These guys should be arrested. They're scammers. Keep your distance from this app.

Es verdad que de momento he ido cobrando todas las operaciones pero también que todas han tenido retrasos, para mi fallan dos cosas, la falta de información durante los primeros meses de recobro y que si todos se retrasan quizás deberían poner penalizaciones mas fuertes para evitarlo. Entiendo que algunos proyectos se puedan retrasar pero todos? O quizás ser más objetivos en los estudios

Plataforma fraudulenta!
Infelizmente nao tive sorte, logo no primeiro projeto que estava a testar a plataforma me lixei. Optei por um projeto pequeno de 4 meses e ja la vão 18 meses e nada. Sem sinais nem comunicação sobre o que se passa. Esta no projeto que tem garantia de hipoteca mas que ainda não foi acionada. 4 meses em 18 meses e nem juros se recebeu.... esta empresa deve responder juducialmente por aquilo que promete aos investidores e nao cumpre. A única coisa em que posso ajudar, é nao recomendar em investir nesta plataforma fraudulenta e fico a espera que a justiça os facam devolverbo nosso dinheiro!!!!

Non pagano secondo i termini promessi
Dal 20/11/2017 investo nei progetti della piattaforma Housers.
Su 8 dei progetti nella quale ho investito, tutti in recupero con società di recupero crediti; nessuno ha rispettato i pagamenti rateali promessi entro i termini di rimborso. La piattaforma non da risposte concrete e non ricevo aggiornamenti e rimborsi da mesi/anni.

HOUSERS NESSUNO CI TUTELA
Progetti in recupero dal 2019 investiti circa 10 mila euro, la societa di recupero fa passare tempo senza recuperare nulla. soldi a promotori che presi i soldi e oggi non si fanno piu vivi.
Nel frattempo housers comunica che è tutto sotto controllo.Gestione recupero crediti SCANDALOSA e LENTA, dopo 6 anni recuperato ZERO

Soy inversor, no cumplen contratos y no reclaman dinero, el promotor siempre es el mismo, su socio;según investigación compartida en los grupos wasap de inversores, y no es posible realizar las reclamaciones en su web pues no se puede subir archivos .zip y siempre rechazan o dan largas.

En todos los proyectos que presentan algún tipo de retraso o incidencia, se somete a votación entre los inversores las posibles acciones a seguir. En caso necesario, se inicia la reclamación de los importes del préstamo conforme a la operativa establecida, contando con el apoyo de empresas especializadas en la gestión de deuda para asegurar un proceso riguroso y eficaz.
Asimismo, queremos puntualizar que nuestra plataforma trabaja con más de 30 promotores distintos, y ninguno de ellos es socio de la misma, tal y como se afirma erróneamente en su comentario.
Por último, le recordamos que dispone de un apartado específico en nuestra página web para presentar cualquier reclamación que considere oportuna. Todas las reclamaciones son tramitadas conforme a la normativa vigente y con el máximo rigor.

Nada recomendable. Proyecto tipo propierties fallido y plaza de Nadal, aún sin devolver, te dicen que para q no te cobren comisiones tienes q entrar en otra inversión, la inversión vence no te devuelven el capital y empiezan a cobrarte comisiones.

Don't put your money in Housers if you are not willing to wait years more than the timelines specified by them
One of the worst experienced I had in investing, I have invested in 2 different projects; Alicante and Plaza de Nadal and let me share with you my experience:
- Plaza de Nadal: project didn't finish in the correct time and Housers only reached out to investors after 3 months of the expiration to re-structure the capital payment which was not met by the project, and after reaching out the second deadline, Housers only reached out to investors after another 2 months for another re-structure of the capital payment.
- Alicante: Project deadline was last Friday and guess what! capital hasn't been return yet and of course Housers didn't reach out to investors and I don't expect them to do it at least until June 2025.
It clearly shows that Housers as a company doesn't have a good following on projects and/or don't care at all about timelines and investors, neither being proactive and reaching out to investors before the deadline is met, they only do it 2 or 3 months after this has been expired.
Their support is useless, I have reached out to them 3 times to what I only got a reply on 1 of those with a 0 value answer, just blaming the project handler and cleaning their hands.
I was very picky to choose only good rated projects (A or AA) so I can't imagine how it would be with other projects with less rating.
Don't invest your money here, I will definitely don't do it anymore (once I will be able to withdraw my capital invested).
If you want to enter in this business I strongly suggest using other platforms such as Equito App, but don't put your capital here if you are looking for a reliable platform.
