Hey Sue, thanks for sharing your experience with us!
We are happy to hear that you love your pink diffuser floor lamp! However, we are sorry that the glow is not as expected :( This lamp should diffuse a warm sunset glow, not a pink one.
Could you please email our customer service at help@houseof.com and someone from our lovely customer team will be back in touch as soon as possible? :)
Quick, easy, and beautiful!
The item came the day after I ordered it (delivering to Northern Ireland). The lamp was easy to build and is beautiful quality. We love it!

Good from afar but close up rather basic
The finish on the glass and base aren’t great. On the glass there are little marks and the base has some glue stains.

Apologies for the delay with your Charcoal grey glass rechargeable table lamp! Great choice! :)
Sadly, this stock delay arriving at our warehouse in Devon was out of our control due to an unexpected issue on the way to the UK :(
Once again please accept our apologies and thank you for all your patience with us! We hope you love your brand new Houseof lamp as much as we do! :)
