I had my hottub in june love every moment me and my sons think its brilliant well worth it delivery guys and admin were great 10 out of 10

Brilliant customer service from start to finish

Ordering was so easy from this company. The staff were so helpful from.sales to installation. The hot tub itself is qaulity we love it we turn it down to 31 degrees to save electric and everytime we open the cover it never drops below 32 degrees. Which means cover and tub combined works very well and we have had some dreadful weather. A very happy customer.

The team at Blue Whale we’re great all the way through and even after it was delivered they were on hand to help with any questions. Very happy

We bought the Solar Stream 6 Seater and had it installed in early June. We are delighted with it. Hot Tub Master kept us informed on delivery dates and delivered on time. They made sure we were ready to receive it and that meant when it arrived we simply filled it and plugged it in. They gave us lots of information about using and maintaining the Tub. It has really enhanced our garden to make it a fantastic socializing area.
