Excellent service from Hot Tub Master. Ordered the Valor 2 at end of Nov and it was delivered and installed two weeks before xmas. The installation guys were great. They went through all the features of the hot tub and answered any queries. I have no hesitation in recommending Hot Tub Master.

We have been very happy with the support, installation and advice given for our hot tub. We did have a problem with the heating element but this was resolved quickly and we use the tub every day. Money well spent if you ask me! thanks.

We looked for a while and read a lot of reviews before buying this hot tub. I was a little worrie dthere were not enough jets but the whole experience has been great. The price was one of the best we found and the service was brilliant including the pre delivery advise.

We recently bought a blue whale spa, as a company they were very efficient and really helped with my numerous questions as this was new to me. I feel they really set me up with everything i needed and the correct information for everything even the electrician, I cannot recommend them enough. Thankyou we LOVE our spa 👍😊

The have communicated and helpfully reminded me so that I had all the pre installation works and paper work filled out.
The hot tub was delivered and installed on schedule and I have been enjoying it stress free since then.

Excellent hot tub at a great price, this was our first venture into owning a 'real' hot tub after owning several of the inflatable kind. The actual quality of the product is what I expected and I have had no problems with operation. there is quite alot to take in upon installation regarding water care and the filtration system and the instruction manual could be a little clearer. The pre delivery service, installation and after care service are second to none, I would have no hesitation in recommending the hot tub and Hot Tub Master

We are so happy with our new tub!! We spoke to a few companies but so glad we went with Blue Whale Spa, they were so helpful and answered all our questions. Delivery we were told would be 4 weeks but it was much quicker. The delivery men phoned when they were 1 hour away and were really polite and professional. The technical team are all fab too and are only too happy to help with any questions. We’ve had it 3 weeks now and we all absolutely love it! I would highly recommend this company!
