Hotradiators Anmeldelser

Great product well priced. The radiator was delivered promptly but the val was got lost in transit. I reported on a Friday. Because the fitter was due the following Monday, they sent the valves with in-post and they arrived on Saturday. Fabulous service. Thank you so much

Good website with a wide range of radiators. Prices very competitive, radiators I purchased had a 20 year warranty. 48 hour free delivery with Parcel Force, radiators arrived on time. Would definitely use again in the future and recommend to family and friends.

I bought some radiators and delivery was on time. There was a few issues with quality but I contacted them and the sorted this out straight away. The was friendly and very helpful. The price of the rads where competitive to. One happy customer 😀

Liked fast delivery, disliked fact that radiator specification didn't stated there is no baffle plate inside to force flow for correct distribution and for vertical radiator is quite important thing to include as otherwise heating wouldn't work properly, it can be managed by placing valves on the diagonally opposite locations but that's not what specification described at the point of sale, just lousy approach from seller.

Bracket missing. I started hanging them thinking I can get 1 from local shops when I released is difficult to find. I contacted them wanted prov and pictures. Only for 2 Bracket so much hassle.

There was a wide range of radiators available. The radiator prices were very competitive. Customer service were very helpful and efficient and fixed the issue I had without a problem.

Pricing was right. Delivered spot on. Would definitely recommend.

Excellent service from Charmaine and the team at this company when I had need to call for help. It’s so refreshing to come across friendly and professional customer service, and I’d highly recommend.

Exceptionally good site to look at for radiators, we purchased a new 2 column radiator colour Anthracite the price was much better than other sites I had looked at. The process for completing details etc was good too. Delivery was quick and on opening the box the quality looks to be very good, instructions included for installation. This will be fitted in the next 2 weeks. Thanks

Good service.

Really quick delivery and a great price. Radiator looks great on the wall. Just need to replace the rest of the Radiators in my house now!

Well good price fast delivery for a starter

Great price! Contacted Hotradiators due to an issue with their discount code. Responded immediately.
Communication after the order could have been better. Their delivery agent contacted me to advise delivery date but didn’t deliver that day. Following a call to them it was delivered the following day. Not great.

Easy to order. Great delivery service. Reasonably priced. Really good colour match.

Came across Hot Radiators from a Google search. The prices were excellent and an easy to navigate site with all the technical information you would need. The radiators arrived in about three days which was outstanding. Haven't actually fitted the radiators as yet but as far as the website and delivery are concerned it's five stars. Fingers crossed the fitting goes to plan!

Ordered mid afternoon here next day .
Brilliant
