Returned leaking shoes without receipt (only bank statement). Member of staff dealt with credit and replacement pair perfectly.

I had a problem with a faulty 3 wood recently, contacted Hotgolf who arranged collection, within a week the matter was resolved including Hotgolf arranging for the club to be collected with a new 3 wood having been delivered, I was kept informed throughout the process. Bought a golf bag 6 months ago and had problem with a zip,jess from hotgolf really helpful,within 5 working days they had been in touch with manufacturer and I recieved a new bag,great customer service and not the 1st time,which I think is what you want if a problem does arise,1st choice for me when I need anything and don't think you'll beat them for price as well

Despite having problems with a pair of skecher golf shoes purchased through their Hotgolfs eBay outlet, the staff (Jess) took ownership of the problem and the warranty was honoured and a new replacement pair of shoes shipped to me in a timely manner. Thanks Hotgolf an ezxcellent after sakes service.

After having had issue with this company the first time I used them I have used them for a second time and surprise surprise issues again. Same issues both times, payed for 48hr postage 7 days later still no sign of my order. Send an email asking for an update, they can't tell me anything. Asked for a refund which they have ignored they have offered to send a replacement but won't have stock for 5-7 days so I suspect that when I made the initial order the item wasn't in stock and no-one has bothered to contact me to tell me. Will never be using this company again.

Ordered a new rangefinder, used a discount code which was site wide which is a massive rarity, arrived next day as promised which was great. Batteries were missing, reported by email and they had some delivered to me within a couple of days. Great service, cheers guys!

I’m appalled by the service I have received from this company they don’t answer messages. I’ve been trying to contact them to send an item back that I was sold that doesn’t fit. I would stay well clear of this company.

I bought a Wilson Staff golf bag in October 2021 and in August 2022 a zip on the bag broke. Emailed Hotgolf with the problem and after sending a photo they then offered a replacement bag, I received this by return. I have to say the service I received from Hotgolf was second to none. I have used them before and I would have no hesitation in recommending this company - first class family run business.

Disappointing - Seen so many good reviews, so decided to order some clubs through HotGolf. They were in stock (10+ units) and available for next day delivery. Ordered Wednesday night for Friday delivery. Received an email to confirm delivery would be as expected - but it's the day of delivery and it appears the courier has not received the item in time to fulfil this. I've now got an update via the courier to say these won't be arriving until next week. That's my bank holiday weekend of golf ruined. Will stick with my local shops next time.

Update: Have now spoken to Hotgolf who have offered to make amends with a gesture of good will. Will update this review once they follow through.

Made amends for a delivery of irons that did include an invoice - apology accepted thank you 👍

I purchased a pair of Skechers golf shoes in febuary and last month found a prolem with them.I phoned hot golf and spoke to a lady in customer service,she could not be more helpful and sorted out the problem then and there

Ordered a Ping sensordry jacket and it was the best price around. Delivery was really quick, little hiccup on the sizing but all sorted with a quick phone call and product change without a problem. Ordered a set of clubs and a trolley on the Sunday received them on the Tuesday exceptional service although there was a free gift as part of the order which wasn't with the delivery this stopped a 5 star rating

This company should win an award for customer service excellence, A small problem arose regarding delivery,but a call to the frieindly customer service team had the problem fixed quickly.Would recommend Hotgolf to all golf enthusiasts,you will not be disapointed.

Been using Hot Golf for many years, they seem to get busier year on year but never let standards slip. Any problems are always sorted out. Great prices, good availability on products,wouldnt go anywhere else 👍
