I purchased a Masters SL650 golf bag from Hotgolf. The product was excellent and so light. Unfortunately, after a period of time, one of the carry straps broke. As the product was under warranty, Hotgolf supplied a replacement. The customer service was absolutely brilliant. Thank you so much for the excellent support received from Michelle, Jess and Marie in these very difficult times. Hotgolf have an excellent range of product and are very competitively priced. I would not hesitate to use in the future.

Hot Golf's customer service has been my best experience in the golf retail industry. They've been quick to respond, personal when doing so and above and beyond helpful with dealing with customer service matters. Their prices for equipment are some of the most competitive out there too

I don't normally write reviews but thought i would do one on this occasion, never heard of hot golf until Friday. Was searching for a Galvin Green top that was only available everywhere in xxl sizes. Hot golf had the size I was looking for, it was 20 quid cheaper and I got 5% discount. Thought initially it was too good to be true, ordered on Friday and item has arrived Sunday night, so top marks I will be back again.

Ordered a set of PXG irons on the phone from Glyn yesterday lunchtime and delivered 10 o’clock this morning by DPD. Great price and fantastic service thank you.

I just wanted to say I received excellent customer service through HotGolf. I placed an order for custom fitted Ping clubs (which the guys helped me with over the phone and were very knowledgeable and friendly) and these clubs were ordered, customised and delivered all within 7 days. With the world upside down right now I thought this level of service was outstanding and in need of praise.

Hotgolf have been brilliant in sorting out my recent purchase of a new M7 remote trolley. Having had a problem with the first delivery Jess took it upon herself to chase up and ensure the delivery of a second trolley. I have now used Hotgolf for several purchases and can highly recommend the service they provide. Once again Jess really appreciate all your assistance in supplying my husband his surprise remote golf trolley :-)

Excellent service. I had to swap a pair of MacWet gloves as I had ordered a size too small. I sent the wrong gloves back and received the correct size as a swap. All worked as I had hoped and Hotgolf even paid for both lots of postage.
Brilliant. Not sure the gloves come with any guarantee to improve me golf!!

Ordered hedgehog covers for my powakaddy electric trolley on ebay arrived very quickly. When I opened I thought no way will they fit on my wheels, emailed hot golf got a very fast reply with a link on how they do fit. So impressed with customer service.

Hotgolf are a great value golf equipment and clothing supplier.
The customer service provided by Jess and Marie is second to none. I had an issue with the delivery of two items one was sorted out within 24 hours by Jess.
The other a bit more complicated due to COVID however the constant updates provided by Jess were brilliant. Thank you for providing great service.

Poor service. Great price on the products. Changed the date on when I’d get my clubs 4 times. They also told me they’d come before they were due for release but then they didn’t. Also for the first few weeks after the clubs where meant to be here they weren’t replying to emails. Manager finally got in contact and apologised and said he would send some balls out. When the clubs finally arrived nearly 2 months later, there weren’t any balls in either. Awful communication and genuinely a terrible service. Also have all the emails to prove this actually happened.

Like others I was a bit put off by the reviews I read here so placed my order slightly nervously on Thursday afternoon. My item arrived on Saturday morning as described.
Ok, the communication could have been slightly better (let me know anticipated delivery date etc) but that’s being really picky as the overall process couldn’t have worked any better than it did. Absolutely delighted and will definitely use again.

One advice - Please add more payment options than Paypal - I had £55 extra fee due this payment metode. I do know that I got some discount
but the extra £55 is a biq fee without discounts.

Since my last review which I have now deleted, jess at hotgolf sorted out the issues.... my order has now been received !

Since the last review I am happy to say that I was contacted by hotgolf customer services and the situation was rectified. I have since placed other orders and had no problems.
