I am not one for reviews but my intention is to assist anyone that wishes to travel to the blessed lands & to whole heartedly thank Brother Waleed & Hotel Xperts for a truly blessed journey. May Allah SWT bless you, your team & put barakh in the work you do…Ameen. Brother Waleed provided invaluable information & support throughout.l, for someone who had not visited the blessed lands before I had lots of questions which, were answered with Sabr. Alhumdulillah we were able to perform umrah as a family. May Allah SWT accept it from us…Ameen.

On our way there we flew with Saudi Airlines in early August from Heathrow-Jeddah, got our connecting flight, with a very brief stay, straight to the blessed city of Madinah. I highly recommend a short stay over with a young family. Then we got our transportation to our hotel, The venue Al-Harithia. We were supposed to stay at Saja Al Madinah but Brother Waleed managed to get us an upgrade for the same price. The staff were very friendly & the hotel was great. We chose to have breakfast included which, had a variety of different foods, recommended with the amount of travelling you will be doing. Our walk to the blessed Masjid Al-Nabawi was 3-5 minutes. If you intend to pray Jummah Salah you need to be there 0930-1000 hrs latest. Weather was in the 40’s. We stayed for a week but the time flew by in the blessed city. Felt completely safe regardless of time of the day. We visited International Fair and Museum of the Prophet's Biography and Islamic Civilization, highly recommended.

We then travelled from Madinah to Makkah which took over 4 hours, along the way we stopped at a Miqat point we made our intention to perform Umrah & prayed two rakats salah. We arrived in the blessed city of Makkah, checked in at Hilton Hotel & Convention Jabal Omar. The hotel was fantastic, friendly staff, with a good view of Masjid Al Haram. We included breakfast which had a variety of different foods, recommended with the amount of travelling you will be doing. Our walk to the blessed Masjid Al-Haram was 3-5 minutes.
Alhumdulillah we prayed Isha & then performed Umrah, when it was a lot cooler. We visited Holy Quran Museum, which is highly recommended.

On our way back we flew with Qatar Airways, from King Abdulaziz International- Hamad International, got our connecting flight, with a brief stay then headed to Heathrow.

Transportation & Ziyarah

We had transportation booked from/to the airport & from Madinah to Makkah, visa, Ziyarah booked in Madinah & Makkah. The ziyarah’s were very beneficial, something which, will remain with us & it helped put things into perspective. I would like to pass on our thanks to Brothers Ali & Ethisham, both really nice brothers & very informative.

Would definitely recommend people to book with this travel agent, we were provided with excellent service start to finish, and any problems we encountered were solved within a matter of 5 minutes. This company deserves a 5* because they are service orientated. They have excellent communications both in the UK and abroad and always accessible. They are willing to go above and beyond. The drivers are polite and professional, the transports are good. Will definitely use them for transfers and hotel bookings in future.

Hotel Xperts were used to book hotels in Madinah and Makkah. Not only were these the most competitively priced hotels in my search, but both rooms were upgraded (prior to arrival) at no additional cost. Walid in particular, is efficient and professional and truly understands customer service.

Brother Waleed is an amazing agent. I was recommended Hotel Xperts by a friend, and it was honestly the best decision I made.

From the very beginning, Brother Waleed made the whole process easy and stress-free for me. Despite me going back and forth with changes, he remained patient, positive, and professional throughout. Alhamdulillah, everything we booked was exactly as promised and even more.

In Makkah, we stayed at Jabal Omar Hyatt Regency. A few days before flying, we were kindly offered an upgrade in Madinah to Makarem Al Buj Madinah, and it was genuinely a beautiful hotel. I’m so glad I accepted the upgrade it made our stay even more special.

Whilst we were there, we faced a few difficulties (nothing to do with Hotel Xperts), yet Brother Waleed was still on hand to help. No matter the time I called, he always answered and that meant a lot to me. This is what you call an agent who truly goes above and beyond, and he deserves all the credit.

If you are planning to travel in a large group or with children and want to take the stress out of planning, then I 100% recommend Hotel Xperts. I wouldn’t go to any other agent.

As a group of 20, I would just like to say we received excellent service from Walid and his team at hotel Xperts. From the start to booking our visas to returning back to Jeddah, everything was fantastic. The transport, transfers and the hotel in Mecca with the Kaaba view were exceptional. If there were any issues, Walid was available 24/7 to sort things out. He went over and beyond in his role as an agent and we would definitely be using him again.

Alhamdulillah, the trip ran smoothly from start to finish. Waleed provided clear communication throughout — from the visa process and hotel confirmations to the transport arrangements — and everything was delivered exactly as promised.

The upgrades arranged for both Makkah and Madinah were genuinely appreciated and added real value to the experience. The hotels were well-located, and having a dedicated transfer contact in Saudi made the journey much easier for the travellers.
